Hello, It is with a heavy heart that I regret to inform you I am resigning from Staffing on Aether. I have had the pleasure of meeting a lot of great people during this time, and have a lot of fantastic memories to go with it. you were good staff back then but, a lot has changed since u left maybe more time to adjust wouldnt be a bad idea, ive seen you come back and it was quite a surprise honestly, but youve been active youve managed to keep good community relations from what i can tell and to my knowledge you havent caused (m)any if any problems. stay active, stay out of trouble, keep up on the server and i dont see why you couldnt return at this time +1

I wasn't around when you staffed but it seems (at least from your app) that you have a great outlook for the wellness of the server and the drive to insure that it stays a great and positive environment for the players on it. I've had plenty of interactions with you and never had any negative moments. Your a cool person. I think you'd make a massive impact on the staff team once again and hope you get accepted. +1

Extra Comments: Since I have been back I have not been able to stop looking at this server as I did as a staff member monitoring interactions and seeing how the community gets along with one another. I still keep doing what I once did by giving new players money and permanent items while also giving a good first impression of what they are joining and getting them hooked into the flow of the server. This time around will be different I won't fall off on activity due to burnout, I will always give it my best as I've learned how to have a good balance in life. The around two years I have been gone I've grown and matured as a person changing my outlook and viewpoint on certain things which I believe will have a good impact on the server, my goal with every sit/interaction I have with people is to educate and create a positive environment changing a possible toxic player to a more open mind and making a new long term player out of everyone I meet. I would love to be able to be staff again and make my impact as I once did.

My favorite thing about the cannabis/weed job is that you spawn 4 pots and you're already making money. I just don't understand why 5 people would need an entire mega base/district when there's already garages and other bases that could fit you all. I don't think mega bases belong on Aether at all 😞
