Hello friends and strangers, it has been quite awhile since I was last here. Life has been taking me on a journey these last few years and so I've been inactive here for quite some time. I'm happy to see the community is still alive. More recently I've felt the urge to play some DarkRP, so I'll be online for a portion of this upcoming summer. I hope to see some familiar faces and meet some new friends along the way.

Hello, didn't actually introduce myself on the forums but I will be leaving the server. I put a lot of effort into the money making jobs and saving up "Buyers currency" to be converted to criminal crates. Primarily collected through the Hobo job but occasionally Fireworks, I Woke up this morning to my ~85,000,000 saved up points being reset (that was around 28 hours of farming), if anyone doesn't know, every 150,000 you sell can be converted to criminal crates. Collecting 85,000,000 took quite a bit of time and discipline. On top of that a new system being introduced which reset my saved up 85,000,000 banked points. lastly 2 of the 6 dumpsters I would farm were removed over night as well. That wasn't a problem really at all but that coupled with the other changes made felt like it was done to negate the countless hours of work I put in saving my points, it would have been extremely satisfying seeing the fruits of my labor convert into over 1,000 loot crates.

Anyways, the 2 dumpsters being removed (which is not what I really care about at all there's a better spot) on top of the other changes made all on the same night felt like a punishment towards me because, for what I can only assume, I was making too much progress.

Ive been on the server for a min. Now but i completely forgot i neglected to properly introduce myself. Hello im killyboi. Ive been playing Gary's Mod for a bit over 10 years now. I decided recently to get back into the game , which im very happy i made that decision and found Aether. Its been a really fun time getting to know almost everyone. This has definitely been the most enjoyable server on gmod. And the aether community is one of the coolest ive seen on this game. Im looking forward to more memories and time with everyone.

This is my goodbye for a long time at least. While I have come to love the server over the last 3+ years of me actively playing, I think it's time for me to take my leave. Thank you to everyone who made my time on the server great ( @dr. snortthisperc @Monika @7am @Vetes & so many others), but a MASSIVE fuck you to @Jouaram. From when the Christmas event in 2023 started til around October 2024 I was collecting "Inquisitor Saber (Frosty)" and trying to get at least 80% of the total available sabers in my possession. On 10/8/24 I had contacted Jouaram about the count possibly being off, in which he had confirmed the count was WAY off (Original count was 194, current count is 405). The next day Jouaram had come back to me with an offer to make a 1 in 3 possible saber "that can only be obtained by 'sacrificing' 131 frosty sabers" in which I had agreed to & even given a color a few months later for. However over a year later and it hasn't been issued due to "him not knowing how to add it" or "not having a way that makes sense" Now A YEAR after he offered the saber and had let me choose the color for it, it is now a massive problem and he say's he will not add it in that way due to the fact "People have offered thousands for 1/1 items" (Never once did I offer money, this was offered to me). Since then I have tried to come up with other things and have only gotten ghosted by him.

I’m bored and can’t sleep so I thought I might as well do this since I’ve found my permanent gmod home.

im beware. I’ve been playing gmod since 2015, I started with gmod storm chasers, ran a few of my own servers. Had a darkrp server that went nowhere around 2017. I found Aether last year, played a little bit, then quit gmod due to personal reasons. Now that my life has settled down I have the time to play again.

in real life I work as a sandblaster and painter, have a soon to be fiancee (hopefully) and live with her and my life long best friend. I’m a car enthusiast and have an Acura Integra and a Lexus is300. Where my car ppl at???

I love the Aether community and spend a lot of time on the server because of that reason.

Hi I'm wonder, figured might as well introduce myself since I plan on sticking around for a while. I started playing gmod about 2009 (honestly can't remember but it's been a while) and was always so intrigued by it. I definitely am not a whiz at this game but know a quite a bit of things. I love learning from everyone and trying to teach others what I've learned. Sometimes it's just nice to sit in your base alone but the community is definitely what makes the game what it is. I quit gmod for a long time and now I work strange hours which has allowed me to get back into the game. I got my brother into this server a long time ago and he brought me back to it and I'm so happy to return. Now he's grown and doing his own things so he's not on as much which kinda sucks but I'm enjoying every minute of it with y'all! I definitely wasn't well known and usually kept to myself but it's great to be back! I'm so happy this server is still alive and kicking! Don't ever stop!

Im quigs. This server is my first time ever experiencing anything Garrys Mod related (even the game itself), I was invited by a long time friend of 10+ years to come play, and just wanted to say thanks for making me feel welcomed and allowing me to have a great time! I take every RDM and Raid with an grain of love and gratitude.

I make Youtube videos (try to), I play Runescape aggressively too much, and half the time I don't even really know whats going on, Cliche but, I'm just trying to live my best life and make cool memories along the way.

I usually have a Tip jar lying around... it's usually in the worlds best interest if we leave money in there any time we cross it, just to stay on the good side of things yknow? Not a threat, just another natural world order is all ❤️

Good evening, to those individuals who perhaps do know of me and to the individuals that do not.

I have formed this post to simply, and formally introduce myself on the forum as Gustavo Fring 2025 within the forums. Some of you all may have seen me in-game, and may continue to do so. I have decided to come back for a bit to see if it is worth trying. I generally enjoy the community, and only hope it will be persistent. Hi my name is Styx In-game on Steam I go by Delightful. I have been on the server for around 4/5 days and I'm sure some of yall have met me and spoken to me so here I just want to introduce my self and a little bit and If you have more questions please ask!

I have been playing gmod for about 11ish years and for the almost 2k hours 90% of it has been staffing or running gmod servers more than actually playing until I branched out and started to play DayZ(arma 2) Cod, TF2, Warframe, ETC..

I am always down to game usually doesn't matter the game as long as your cool and friendly I don't have a issue gaming with you, I just want people to respect one an other and treat others the way you wish to be treated.

I got two dogs Sadie and Maverick both 9yo Aussies and they are a handful at some point ill post pics maybe unless by popular demand!

and also too add I will be leaving to the AF within the next few months so I am happy to spend that time with all of you guys this truly have been the most fun I have had on gmod in a very long time!

Ok decided to clear this up

to keep things short, my mom basically went psycho and had to go to a mental hospital, my grandma (which i've occasionally mentioned) is in a care home and she's doing great

Mom got out of the hospital a couple weeks ago and I have been staying with my uncle until probably the end of the school year, I don't know when I'm gonna plug my PC in since I have all the cords just not the table, My best bet is probably my cousins spot downstairs where he was before,
