This allows me extensive knowledge on the game and staffing in general. I am typically on the server for hours on end at a time and very knowledgeable on the rules. I will dedicate my time to accepting calls and helping enforce the rules and stability of the server as a whole. I also worked my way up to an Admin back on RetributionRP and dedicated a lot of my time to answering calls and satisfying players. I have also been staff on NUMEROUS servers including: MilitaryRP, JailBreak, DarkRP, CityRP, and FR:RP. I've got the dedication to being a staff member and would love to help in anyway I may be able to for Aether. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible? (Yes/No): Most Definitely. Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to? (Yes/No): Most Definitely. Are you certain you will be able to staff for several hours a week? (Yes/No): Of Course. DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: According to the rules that would be 10 minutes. What initiates a raid?: You must execute the command /advert Raid or something including an adverting showing the initiation of a raid. If the owner of the base is standing outside as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: Depends on proximity, if the owner is on the sidewalk or very close to the proximity of the base (not down the street), then yes, you may kill them. List 3 default Laws of The Land: 1) Drugs and Money Printers are illegal. 2) Kidnapping is Illegal. 3) Shooting in a public place is illegal. How many bases can you own per party?: Only one base per party is allowed. A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: Depends what they're doing, if they're running away from the sit I'd simply freeze them and try to reason with them. If they're constantly talking over me I'd have no choice but to gag them to properly enforce the rules and to reason with them. I have very good de-escalation skills in real life (got trained on de-escalation from local law enforcement). You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): If I saw a staff member abusing I'd record/screenshot it and report it to my higher-up following chain of command. [Example] A staff member is using noclip or god mode to raid someone successfully. Id pull them to the side and talk to them and tell them how its staff abuse and how its against the rules and overall wrong. Staff is supposed to set the example for the server. A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): RDM stands for Random Death Match(ing). RDA stands for Random Arresting. NLR stands for New Life Rule. All of these things can be identified in logs. RDM can be determined by checking a players kills, if they're consecutive and in a short period of time with no reasoning (determined by sit) then it would be considered RDM. RDA can be determined by checking a players arrests, again, if they're consecutive in a short period of time with no reasoning (determined by sit) then it would be considered RDA. NLR can be determined by logs once again, if someone returns to the area of death within 3 minutes on a regular basis or 2 minutes within PD, that would be considered breaking NLR. Even though i am suprised to see you back i am happy that you are back. You mention dealing with depression and all that back then and i feel you as i also had to leave because irl caught up to me and i payed the price for ignoring it for so long. Again glad to see you back
