Your play time is okay, I have seen you periodically on the server and never had any real issues with you in the server so therefore I would like to see you become apart of the staff team!

I usually get on in the morning on weekdays and stay on for about 40mins just to make sure no one is rdming or breaking any rules in the morning while staff aren't on. And if someone does break the rules, I usually wait for an admin or mod to get on and report them with video evidence. Another thing that I can offer is experience as I have been playing Garry's Mod for many years and I have been on hundreds of different servers so I got a basic of understanding on basically everything, and not just that I do have past experience on 2 different servers. The most recent server closed down due to the staff team not being as active and my role on the server was mod and I was also staff on another server that closed down due to the owner spending the money used for hosting on irl stuff. And not just that, I am willing to increase the time I dedicate to the server overall and will prioritize staffing time over roleplaying time. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Yes Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: Yes Are you certain you will be able to staff for several hours a week?: Yes DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: Once a raid is initiated, it can last up to 10 minutes and then you have to end the raid and leave the building or area. What initiates a raid?: To initiate a raid you need to first type /advert raid in chat and if you are raiding the pd, you need to type "/advert pd raid". And its the same thing with bank, you need to type "/advert bank raid". If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid, can you kill them?: If they are within interfering distance then yes you are allowed to kill them but if not, you cannot kill them List all default Laws of The Land: The 9 Laws of The Land are: Raiding is illegal. Money printers, drugs and explosive are illegal. Bitcoin Racks are illegal (small versions not included). Harming other citizens is illegal unless in self defense. Threats are illegal. Kidnapping, theft and harming another player are illegal. Shooting in public is illegal. Laws must be enforced with AOS instead of KOS unless the Police Officers life is in danger. AOS/KOS Laws must have a 10 second warning before enforcing. How many bases can you own per party?: One party can only have one base amongst them. A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: Well if a player is not being cooperating during a sit, I would firstly assure them that they aren't in any trouble yet and ask him if he would comply peacefully. And if he doesn't comply after that, I would have to gag/mute him temporarily until I can understand the situation and find out who is in the wrong. Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Well I myself love to have fun in the server but I understand my boundaries as should players. If a player is breaking the rules for example rdming, saying racial slurs, or placing down offensive text screens, I would have no choice to enforce the rules to their entirety as a staff member you should not be bias even if you think its funny. So in the end yes I can and would punish a player for intentionally ruining others players roleplaying experiences. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: An example of a staff member abusing their powers would be if they are no-clipping while they are not staffing for example while raiding, getting raided, and freezing a player that's currently being raided by the staff member. And I would firstly make sure I am recording and then I would get as most evidence as I can and this includes taking screenshots of logs and save my clip, and I would let the staff member know that I have seen what they were doing and it isn't right and report it on the forums and personally message one of the higher-ups to let them know. A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: Well I would first freeze them right away and then bring them to me and I would check the logs and when I am certain that its mass rdm I would check the staff handbook before giving punishment and then once I am certain of the punishment I would ban him for 4 hours and ask for an extension for 3 days as I do not have the perms to give a 3day ban (if its the first offense). A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: Well I would firstly bring the mayor to a sit and tell him that he is currently breaking the rules for not giving a reason for the lockdown and then ask him if he is new to the server or gmod and aware him on the mayor rules and that he can't have a lockdown without reason. And then if he is clearly minging I would give him a verbal and demote him from the job and then I would go turn off the lockdown myself. Extra Comment: Many people on the server know me for being toxic sometimes and I have broke a couple of rules in the past but I have read the rules and will dedicate my time to help the server out. If given the chance, I will put effort and determination into making the server better.

If the player is speaking over me when I try to explain something I would mute the player, say what I have to say, unmute them, and let them speak again. If the player is disagreeing with something I said in a sit I would tell them to file a staff report of the forums. If the player RDMs in the sit and l2ap I would ban the player for the maximum time I can as a tmod that being 4 hours, and if the player wont stay still and keeps trying to run away from the sit I will freeze them. Say a player joins the server for the first time, everyone would hope this is just a newcomer to the server, however, they are not at all in the server to rp, the first thing they do is buy a gun and start MRDM (mass rdm) gets pulled into a sit and says they "did it out of fun". That player is ruining others experience to give themselves pleasurer and are breaking the rules while doing so. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: An example of staff abusing their powers is a staff removing someone's props to their base or freezing people for no reason, I would get a higher up online to deal with the situation and inform them on everything that has happened with video evidence.
