How the rules read it is a tad bit confusing but a Proper initation of a raid and what you should do Before you start any raiding action is to /advert. (I did highlight this in my Post but forgot to detail it. Right well you could go back but cannot continue the raid witch I also Sure but some times Your options are limited. "Talking" to some one to try and deescalate 99.99% of the time isn't going to work with out some other action to SNAP there attention to focusing on the task at hand. Its a very common practice to Freeze a player in place when they are being uncooperative and Running around trying to avoid the admin or Gag/Mute them if they will not stop and listen. So what we should just let them continue on with there behavior while we try to ban them? You are right in the regards if they RDM during a sit that makes judgment much easier. None the less the question as it is stated "A player is excessively RDMing" key word here "IS" meaning there is a 99.999% chance he/she is already on track to being banned. So I don't understand why You wouldn't "Irritate" them or inconvenience them by freezing them as they have already irritate at least 3 other players I appreciate that you are trying to help But your understanding of some of these topics/questions are not quite in line with what the reality of the situation is.

Hi! my name is scrim or my LEGAL name is stephen but I like scrim. i've been in aether for about 4 months and its fun i've seen a lot of the community and how nice and not toxic it is. i love this server and will never leave or abandon it. ive been in many different servers before aether and i can say this is the best server ive been in BY FARR. I just wanted to say hi and see you on aether network.
