You are correct. How I see it You may Initiate a raid Via lock picking But right after You must advert a Raid. The more direct answer would be No Until you advert raid, but of course if the owner of the base starts to shoot at you then your options would be different. I'm not 100% sure if thats what you where eluding to. Q: This is interesting because even if some one attacks you and you end up killing them. The offender is still often reported for RDM so then the question is Can you still punish a player for RDM even if the victim Kills the offender? Jailing sends them to the void and you cannot talk to them very easily while they are in jail (You can still PM them but they often don't respond to PM as most players don't). If you see some one mass RDM'ing you can TP them and ask why he/she is killing a lot of people. Some times it looks like MassRDM but its just a group of people having a good time. That is one reason to not immediately ban some one who appears to be mass RDM'ing but if that is not the case then you would ban the player for 3 days (or if they have previous warnings the time would increase) Conclusion Over all Bames app is very well done while there are a few things I'm not sure he fully understands or Perhaps I just didn't understand the answer as he meant it to be read. With that said Its Clearly he has the aptitude for the job and with very minimal training should be able to contribute again to the community. +1

the application is very nice, in depth with how you would deal with situations however some answers to thequestions left me thinking for a bit. But it's irrelevant you are mature your activity in game is present and I see no reason for you to not get a chance at staff.
