Basic Rules

1. Be civil, this is a game - treat it as one and have fun; if you are intentionally ruining or disrupting others' gameplay you will be punished accordingly.
   • Your actions can be seen as disruptive when you're bothering others without any gain to yourself. (Raiding for example can bother players but it's part of the game and has incentive to do it.) 
2. Keep any political/NSFW/racist/hate speech/toxic behavior and words out of the game, Forums and Discord.
3. Cheating, exploiting, and scamming are strictly disallowed.
4. Killing or damaging another player without a valid reason from your current in-game life is RDM.
5. NLR is enforced at 3 minutes from your death. 
   • You can return to the location (even mid base defense) as long as your NLR time is up. 
   • Upon being killed by another player the RP situation between you ends, you cannot revenge kill after death. (Raids are an exception again, you can try save your base AFTER NLR).
   • If you are RDMed and 100% certain it's RDM, then NLR does not apply and you may return.

the guns are more balanced now and the spawn kill is not a huge issue for me but the grace period seems good my problem is that factions with max upgrades instantly capture objectives so no one else has even a remote chance of holding an objective

Someone dying a single time somewhat reasonably shouldn't be equal to a one day ban. I've been with snarky a majority of his warns and a lot of them i do believe he reasonably killed someone. I think sure logs dont lie but i also believe you should determine a warn not purely off logs but also someones story. I was there with him and while i was building what i personally saw was the hitman shot at me, i dont think he did hit but he did shoot at me. To which i shot back as did snarky. The fact that he went out of his way to purposely get snarky warned despite never interacting with him before out of something purely accidental, i mean thats unreasonable. I can understand if like him and snarky had beef, but they never interacted before. I will end this by saying i do think you guys get some sort of pleasure out of ban/warning/whatever someone and i dont think its very fair for you to ban snarky after every single little slip up. But life isnt fair. Just reconsider and maybe give him a clean slate. Keep in mind this is a video game and at the end of the day he isnt doing much harm to anyone. Give him room to learn instead of penalizing him for little things. But thats it. Hopefully something comes out of this.

it is a one day ban for rdm that he did he had plenty of time to learn the rules. saying that there is a bias is ridiculous wait 23h for your ban then show you learned the rules -1
