I think you were a relatively decent Staff member during your time here, although you got demotivated and went inactive that doesn't hurt us as long as you don't do it repeatedly so hopefully you can stick around for longer this time and push to see how far you can go. The exploit 'abusing' is a concern however since it's been brought up as a concern you have notified me about many exploitable methods willingly so having you on the team finding bugs could be a big benefit for myself and the server.
I'm sure you are knowledgeable on the rules so there isn't much concern there however just to be 100% confident you should re-read the rules, handbook and guidelines fully. See you in-game with your re-ranked Moderator rank!

To my knowledge you had schedule issues which caused you to fail/leave Staff last time, other than that I do not remember you causing any issues so I am more than willing to give you another shot to show us what you're capable of. We haven't interacted much so I don't have much to say but you appear to have a lot of Community Support and decent activity, so.. good luck!

You're a pretty involved member of the Community and I think you have good intentions, we have butted heads before but honestly that just builds character for me personally and any issues we've had have been resolved on the spot through debate. Your previous warn does concern me however I am willing to look past it and let the T-Mod phase figure out if you're fit for Staff or not. Other than the warn issue it appears you have made a good impact since then on other players/members of the Community so as long as you focus on the future things should go smoothly.

It appears to be an issue of not listening to Staff first time and instead trying to push your luck, sorry but this doesn't seem reportable to me.
If you have evidence of clear abuse or toxicity from Staff I can definitely take that and handle it but asking you to move your build, you refusing/loopholing then getting banned is perfectly okay.

There appears to be a lot of back and forth within your guys' interactions, I think all that needs to be done is you guys stay away from eachother and whoever instigates first will be punished if a clip is provided and whoever didn't instigate doesn't retaliate so we can handle it in a better way.

I remember you causing issues with your friend(s) and were borderline NiTRP, this along with cheating whilst having a <80 day ago VAC ban I think would make me very silly for accepting this.
Appeal denied, feel free to re-appeal in a couple months.

I would ask for a clip to prove he came back to you to bother you again however your ban has only 5 hours left.
I've removed 5h off the ban and you can now join again, this definitely could've been RDM however it depends on if he came back to where you were or not, if you warned him to leave that area and he came right back I would say it's perfectly fine to kill them since people could abuse the system by running away from your warn then coming back however there is no proof to backup this claim so the warn will stay unless you can provide a clip in my DMs.

When it comes to players that's how I look at it but if you're Staff you should have the health of the server as the first priority in your mind. If you're doing things players are doing like exploits/toxicity/trash talking the server without valid criticism then you probably shouldn't be staff, all of these things don't relate to you directly but I was a little bit disappointed when you were trying to hide the ammo crate XP farm from me and saying not to talk about it near me or it'll get patched. It lessens the trust between us.

Based on the circumstances I would say the time you've spent banned has been enough for the rules broken.
