I get it's not that severe but honestly Ballsack is poking at Yung especially with the screenshot in Discord, he doesn't need to interact with Yung unless Yung is interacting with him which is what happened with the 'nunya' but everything else seems to be Ballsack trying to poke Yung. 

I do not think anyone involved needs punishment but @Ballsack definitely needs to just stick to playing the game instead of trying to get a reaction out of Yung or anybody else.

With that said this is a pretty easy report to just close up and leave the warning to everyone involved that whoever pokes the other side will get punished so just leave each other alone even if it's not toxic as it's evident both party's have beef.

Thanks for the report, don't initiate any BM or toxicity or retaliate and instead come straight to me if anything like that occurs. Same goes for you @Ballsack.

There are not time-stamps but for reference the 'was demoted for AFK' printers every 20 seconds or so to the server console, I estimate around one minute at most before you instantly disconnected. 

This looks like RDM and l2ap to me, sorry. Appeal denied.

There is a way to completely avoid the RDM with the claws so the RDM will stay, however it showed you reconnecting so I'll take your word for the L2AP and remove it from the warn, sorry for the late response. 

@Sad Axolotlyou definitely need to be more careful when it comes to following the rules or a lengthy ban like this is likely to happen, however when I was in the sit I was under the impression the person you crossfired was mad at you and even at the point of arguing, which seems to be true but more of a heat of the moment thing as @Boredhas said they didn't want you banned. There will definitely come a time where you'll get a long ban if your actions don't change based on your warns so take this as a wake up call if you do enjoy playing on the server.

They're definitely insanely buffed and have raised the ceiling for p/hr profits on jobs, I do not intend them to stay this way and have been tweaking them and will likely give them randomized values each day the same as the other jobs but have been very occupied by the performance issues that have been worsening on Aether. If anything I'd take this short period to make tons of cash whilst you can as relatively soon they're going to be a bit more reasonable and on-par with other jobs. Ones that require more effort will be in the top whilst ones that require less effort will generally be worse however the randomized prices on jobs will let the less-effort jobs have days where they shine. 

When it comes to mining itself I think it should be the only job that doesn't have fluctuating prices since it'll encourage the unhealthy sell bars ONLY if the price is maxed/double maxed since you can store so much of the items but once the other jobs come down a bit it'll definitely be one of the top jobs as it was previously.

Your warns were wiped unlawfully, do you have any reason to be unbanned other than an invalid statement? 

A vote-ban doesn't instantly make it valid since people press whatever button would be funnier but it does look like quite a few people report you for RDM.

 I think you are okay in-game only because you *have* to be but in Discord voice it's different and pretty unmonitored most of the time so it's important to get rid of anyone who acts in that way fast and permanently, I do not feel as obliged to unban players from Discord as I do in-game as you are not actually restricted from playing the game and participating so it's more of a privilege which has been blown. 

Appeal denied, I will allow you to re-appeal this down the line in around 60 days so we can see if any issues arise from your in-game interactions; if you are active and don't cause issues then I can consider removing the ban.

He was being toxic to Amanita in-game before he got banned by Amanita and then joined Amanita's channel to say it, he didn't directly say it as an insult but I feel like it was aimed at Amanita in spite.
