This is one of the default gmod models so having it in model renter would be perfectly fine, thanks for the suggestion.

This is being targeted in the new update with a very obvious red 'Danger' around players with weapons that are considered dangerous and allowing the Mayor to choose if dangerous weapons are illegal or not instead of weird specific weapons - thanks for the suggestion. 

I have made dumpsters have a small chance to spawn XP orbs and also create loot much more frequently as the prop spawns is really, really boring and demotivating.

I may change my mind down the line but I think after unblocking a bunch of models the props available + limit is more than fair.

So first off I want to explain that the actions milkman was doing towards Pooshi by intentionally trying to bother him repeatedly after being asked to stop falls under low end harassment and can be treated as so going forward. 

Secondly Pooshi's actions where he sells the base without milkman's consent could be okay given the context and I personally don't think it was the wrong thing to do as it avoids any interactions with milkman and it was 100% clear it was only purchased to bother Pooshi, HOWEVER right after selling them Pooshi sends a message saying 'thanks for saving the doors for me milkman' which throws all the reasoning for not bringing him out the window and creates interaction, this was wrong. In a normal case where there is not ongoing issues between the staff and player it is normal and 100% required for the staff to bring the player to discuss if they're using the doors or not.

Next up is the scenario of which Milkman is inside the base, Pooshi places a sign outside and then asks Milkman to leave - what should have happened here is Pooshi makes it known that there's a KOS sign and he'll be killed if he stays or utilize the advert warn system, either or would have sufficed but due to neither being done I would count this kill as an RDM. 

Overall you both need to avoid eachother going forward and if any rule breaking occurs preferably a different staff member should handle it. I'll speak to Pooshi to confirm this wasn't okay and that it shouldn't happen again, thank you for the report.

It's not a robotic customer support where you're gonna get a yes or no the context is a large factor in this. 

I have had reports of you harassing pooshi most of today and would like to see your defense in his claims that you've been intentionally bothering him, do you agree or disagree and why?

Unsub from addons by clicking the 'unsubscribe from all' button on the workshop then go to 

steamapps/workshop/content/4000 -> delete all folders here. 

then go to 

steamapps/common/GarrysMod/garrysmod/cache and delete the lua + workshop folders. 

now after the above uninstall your garry's mod and reinstall it then boot it up and try join.

Where did you say the NSFW chat? Was it OOC or did you say it to friends and got caught through spectate or did you say it directly to Tango? @Moistcake

It appears you have gained the opposite of Community Support and many if not all of them do not want you unbanned therefore I cannot justify removing your ban.

If these warns were handled correctly it looks like you had a lot of chances to stop before a ban: 

Do you remember having sits or being told to stop? I would assume so through the gags @Moistcake

It appears you were having a RDM session with willing participants but at the same time you got a bit carried away and killed players such as Axolotl and YourSpaceInvader so I do think a ban or jail was to be given but after more looking into from Tango, however the server was pretty chaotic to my knowledge and Tango was one of the only Staff taking the sits so I don't really blame him for rushing this although it should only be rushed if there's 100% certainty it was all RDM. 

Either way I would have jailed you for 15m or if you were being uncooperative I would have banned you for 1 day max. 

With that said you have already waited out the max ban time I'd give you so the ban has now been removed, thanks for the appeal.

Welcome back Emily, to first get the concerns out of the way I agree you may possibly get demotivated again down the line but as long as you're able to get out of T-Mod phase and assist the server with your Staffing then it will be fine. 

With that said you were decent Staff and are of course very capable of taking sits and handling scenarios yourself, I believe you will be able to benefit Aether during your time here as Staff once again. Good luck!

I disagree with increasing the time between elections however the idea from Bryan about automatically adding the current Mayor to all elections is a solid one and encourages fair laws and healthier gameplay. 

On restart Mayor's will be automatically added to every election so they can try and keep their place as Mayor for longer.

I also fixed the issue where regular players couldnt sign up to the election through the F4 menu, you can now choose to use F4 or the NPC.
