Thank you so much for this, I appreciate you looking into this. From my POV, it seemed biased just because I was in a group with them.

I honestly have no memory or idea of why they were in our base in the first place, Like I said before, I was banned before even given a chance to explain or talk about it.

Why Should You Be Unbanned:

I do believe this ban is false for multiple reasons. First of all, I'm pretty known in the community to follow the rules and most of the staff team knows me for doing so. I was banned for "No intent to roleplay" and "Mass RDM". I was basing with 2 other friends, and had a "KOS if breaking windows" at first. People were breaking the windows and coming inside. My 2 friends asked it was alright to kill them and I said yes because they broke the windows which is a valid reason. I've even confirmed this with a couple staff members. Shortly after, BadGraphics was inside our base and my friend accidentally killed them. We were then teleported and banned without even a warning or being able to explain what was going on and tell BadGraphics that one of my friends was literally brand new to the experience. If they had taken the time to check Forsaken's playtime, they would have seen they had literally not even an hour of playtime on the game. I strongly believe I should be unbanned because I even bought Garry's Mod for one of the 2 friends because they have never experienced DarkRP and I showed them AetherNetwork. Since I have streamed a couple times and talked about how great a of a server it was and how I was treated so fairly I decided to have them play. Honestly, I had a great opinion on this server and even decided to support it by buying premium. I sincerely hope this ban is lifted because of how poorly the sit was handled and because I have had a completely clean record until this ban.
