Maybe I spawned more potions after then I previously thought (19) 

Seems like logs plus pooshis video help me if anything because it shows i made the right choice to stop and even got them to stop

(keep in mind before the video and logs I actually didn't know they stopped when I said to stop i left and assumed they kept cooking based on them already being frozen in the base when I arrived)

Again I told them to stop and now theirs proof of that seeing as how they stopped after i left so you just contradicted yourself. If i was trying to help them do it why would I say hey stop and leave and they followed.... you guys live on another planet!

You were given the warn about 45 seconds after being brought and then banned 15 seconds after Pooshi warned everybody. So the second interaction lasted around only one minute with approximately half of that time spent warning players.

Here are the logs of your crystal purchases AFTER Pooshi already went through and removed all of them, as can be seen in the first screenshot at the very bottom is the last potion removed by Pooshi.

You purchased a total of 38 strength crystals AFTER being warned to stop. That's enough to make 19 more potions. Maybe my math is wrong but that doesn't sound like a couple potions to me.

On top of that here is your last crystal purchase before the ban compared to the last crystal purchase from the other two Gnome Wizards. That's only a 30 second gap between when you stopped and when they stopped.

This a lie.

We can see in the first image that you did at one point stop and engage in other RP and PvP with players. However it doesn't change that everything you've said in this thread was a complete lie.

I think a permanent ban is valid in this scenario. However if Jouaram decides to give you a second chance you should be banned for a MINIMUM of one month still

I still don't get how this disproves anything other than maybe i spawned more potions after the first warn than I thought but if it shows them stopping after I stop that's proof of me telling everyone to stop and I leave the building. in pooshi's clip I decide not to continue making potions and apparently they also listened according to you so how is everything a lie??? Plus how does me spawning more potions mean I was trying to lag the server I made more potions as you said 19 then i left knowing he might think I was trying to lag the server. is their a max amount of potions I cant pass because it means I'm trying something bad in ur mind? I never denied I tried to make more potions theirs proof of me leaving the situation and now somewhat proof that I told them to stop seeing as how they also stopped when I left. And also proof that pooshi didn't give me enough time to explain my side before the ban so thanks for the help I guess!

Not changing job is proof of bad intent in your mind... this is the problem, you guys aren't mind readers saying cause I didn't switch jobs is somehow proof of me wanting to do something bad is just pure crazy logic.

Same Logic: A police officer RDA's someone and he gets in trouble for it then later someone else gets RDA'd do you teleport and ban that officer first cause "He didn't switch jobs and that's kinda suspicious" or do you look for proof that he was involved again and purposely did it before doing something extreme?

Obviously a bit different cause I admit to making a couple more potions before I tell them to stop and leave but still the same logic.

Its not a contradiction he just left out part of it. I admitted to making a couple more potions after the warn then I realized he will think I'm trying to crash the server so I warned them to stop and left. He's purposely leaving out the fact that after I made a couple potions the second time I left the house that's why he had to tp me back into the house to ban me. and again it wasn't meant to lag the server that wasn't my intent at least, it was to give out a ton of bighead potions so half the server would have one. Either way you slice it he's even trying to use me not switching jobs as a reason to ban me like what?!?!? Plus lets say I go back in to delete the potions which I don't even know how to do it I would be in the house again and it would be kind of the same outcome where he thinks I'm still involved.

I don't have clips I've never clipped me playing which I regret now because the way pooshi is trying to bend the truth to make me look bad is super weird I love pooshi as a mod him and Silence are some of my favorites but he's being really untruthful right now. I wasn't the first to get banned, I did say hey I wasn't in the house multiple times, and I left the house after making a couple potions the second time. so he's lying like he had to tp me, why? CAUSE I WASN'T IN THE HOUSE the second time!!! plus those clips are so out of context like I said in one of my other responses the one where he's deleting the potions was from the first time where he warned us. and the second one I'm 90% shows me leaving the house like I said I did.

paradox wasn't even their the first time and from what I saw in the clips I wasn't in the building the second time and the clip where you where deleting all the potions was from the first time so I'm really confused on how this disproves anything. and I did try and say I wasn't in the building but I'm not blaming you for not hearing it like I said in my first message those guys where still talking and being super mingy and the server lagged a second time while you where typing the ban for the first guy so I could see why you just wanted us gone even though I wasn't in the house and if Paradox has a  FULL CLIP it will show the interaction where before I leave I say hey you guys should stop so you don't get banned. I learned my lesson and left the situation if theirs more questions Im willing to answer.

Also when you switch job from Wizard to something else I'm pretty sure it doesn't delete the potions already made so its not like i wanted my potions still. plus it seems weird that you would bring up switching jobs like is not switching jobs proof of bad intent?

Thanks Sir, I agree pooshi should respond because either way it goes he was the only admin to deal with the whole situation. and should answer this "was I in the house the second time they made potions?"

here's a simple version of it to show the problem. Let's say me and someone else RDM a player and we get a VW for it then I go on my way and he goes his own way and decides to RDM again should I get in trouble because I was with him the first time and he decided to do it again solo even after I told him not to? 

It's a bit different cause most people know what a RDM is, while I didn't know potions could lag a server but its still the same logic.

again I did it once not knowing it would lag the server and didn't do it the second time check with pooshi he warned us and I stopped they continued. and when did "pretty sure" become 100% fact? plus half the conversations during the first time we decided to make potions wasn't about crashing the server it was about "hahha dude we gonna give out so many potions." I thought it would be funny for like half the server to just have big head lmao.

Why Should You Be Unbanned: I was making a bunch of potions with these random guys after a while the server started to lag, pooshi shows up and tells us to stop making tons of potions cause it lags the server and he deletes the potions. After he leaves I make a like 5 more potions then realize its a dumb idea because he will prob think I'm trying to crash server or some shit so I leave the house while warning the other guys to stop. I go downtown and I'm running around and RPing, after a bit pooshi teleports me back and into this house I guess the guys kept making potions even after I warned them to stop and left. He freezes me instantly and starts typing out the ban for the first guy I'm trying to explain how I wasn't even in the house and trying to tell him I had nothing to do with the potions this time, but he just ignores me and types out the ban for me anyways even though I had nothing to do with the second potion making session. I would ask Pooshi this question was I in the house the second time the potions were being made? the answer is NO he had to TP me so clearly I wasn't even involved or in the house. I didn't own the doors and I didn't make more than five after the warning and I even warned the others before leaving the house to stop doing it seeing as they will get banned. 

I think since the server started to lag a second time from the other guys making potions while pooshi was typing bans he just didn't care about listening to facts he just wanted me gone. It didn't help that the 2 guys who did it where talking and being mingy while I was trying to explain. I don't know if he banned me cause I was still a potion maker job and assumed I did it or just because I was their the first time making some potions and he just assumed I did it again either way he warned me once I learned my lesson that it can lag the server I left and told those guys to stop so I don't get why I was perma banned for making the right choice and leaving. Even though I get annoyed with some of the staff and players I love this server and I hope I don't stay perma banned I've been playing the server non stop since I came back to PC and I hope you guys can see that I tried to make the right decision.
