Evidence:
Reported Player Name: Noodles
Reason For Complaint: Offence: While on a Hobo class, "Noodles," a recognized member of the AetherNetworks' staff team, knowingly committed multiple offences, with the intention of gaining an unfair advantage over fellow players. Regardless of the integrity of Noodles' method for obtaining items from dumpsters with the use of console commands, I will put aside this offence. My reasoning for this decision was reached by acknowledging that this was allowed on Retribution. Despite this, however, Noodles knowingly committed other offences, and contributed to the rapid deterioration of the server's stable connection, lowering the quality of gameplay for all players. Although one would be inclined to believe that Noodles could have had no prior knowledge of the implications of his actions, one could also make the argument that he could have, at the very least, informed a higher up that his methods would be utilized. One cannot entirely predict the exact outcome of their actions, however, the outcome achieved in this situation was easily predictable. Leaving your keyboard for hours on end with an unlimited source of generation will produce an outcome that should be recognized from an experienced player, and member of the staff team: it will generate an unlimited amount of entities. The unlimited generation of items caused severe lag for all players, and could have been avoided if proper steps were followed. As I have said before, being apart of the staff team means that you are representing everyone in it. Had this have been a random player, I would have been less harsh in my judgment. However, this was a chosen individual. One who was considered by those with authority, audited, and deemed competent. Clearly, it is shown that this staff member lacks even the basic understanding of prop block, or perhaps, holds a self-centered belief of impunity. This is merely an observation, but is still something to be recognized. My report has ended.
