This app seems to be very well made and seems like you took your time to fill it out, in regards to what others said, Personally I haven't been to active on the server but interacting with others around and RP'ing is the best way for the community to know you and for people to know how you hold yourself in game having a good attitude & good head on your shoulders goes a long ways! like they said try and get out and talk to some people and be known! +1

Well title kind of explains itself, my time on aether has been nothing but fun, the community is one of the best out there most the of the people I met have been nothing but kind and helpful towards others! thank you all for the amazing memories and experiences couldn't ask for a better server to staff on! You can return after NLR is up, you just can't raid again until the raid timer is up. Your answer to this one was a bit odd to be, you should be listening to all staff around you especially when they are trying to help, if you ever get the sense a staff member could be doing something that would be considered them being corrupt you should report it to higher ups immediately This is not an issue about confusion and more of an issue that revenge RDM is still considered RDM Someone intentionally go out of there way to ruin someone else's time is always against the rules and could be considered NITRP or harassment depending on the case Any time anyone RDM's 3 or more people it would be an immediate 3 day ban if it is on the first time but you are on the right track The times and punishments for this are outlined in the publicly available staff handbook but if it is the players first warning they would just receive a written warning Additional Comments: Your staff application is pretty well done but could definitely use some work in the above noted areas, My only main critique for you is I have not interacted with you in game or interacted with you when you have been on, make sure to RP around a bit and interact with the community to help yourself become known to the community, this can also be done by being active on the forums or on discord. Tremor summed this up pretty well and I would have to agree, haven't interacted with you to much to know you well enough go around and talk to other players of the community and make a name for yourself! at this time I'm going neutral -/+

i got so excited seeing this ngl you have been one of the most active players on Aether and pretty much including yourself into every roleplay or situation possible, your rule knowledge is though the roof, most of the staff team and players are on great terms with you and you manage to stay out of trouble no matter the amount of chaos you cause :) I have no doubt you'll be a great part of the team AC, please do try and stay focused and on track when it comes to be serious in certain situations. There is a time and place for everything :) HUGE +1

Agreed with everything above, although you did make some questionable answers to your staff app which can be easily fixed with some studying of the staff handbook and the rules in general. Other then that you have been nothing but positive in every situation I have seen, your attitude towards players/staff is always great! you are pretty well known so far with just the 50ish hours you have on the server, you have talked to most of the staff team an are on good terms along with the players as well. I'm pretty positive you have no warns either with is a plus you have definitely shown you deserve a chance a being staff member for our team! Do read up on the staff handbook and rules while this post is still up be active on the forums and i think youll have no problem with staffing! Good luck! Huge +1
