I usually have my job name set to AFK if I am busy doing other stuff irl so feel free to @ me  if you need to I wont always be able to get online but I will try my best.

It's not like our staff aren't active, majority of our staff team are actually very active. But demanding that every single one of our staff members spend all day every day on the server is unrealistic. 

 

No matter what solution is proposed, nothing will stop the human need to eat, sleep, work, go to school, and live their life. Considering we've had 20+ people all day and only had 30 minutes of chaos while I ate dinner, and even then STILL had a staff member, I would say that is actually very good. Compared to most other servers I would say that's pretty good staff activity. 

 

 

The other day I spent 4 hours doing homework and in-between those 4 hours every time a problem occurred I would hop right on and deal with it then go back to my homework. I understand how frustrated you guys can get at times, but sometimes you just have to be understanding that staff members are people with real life responsibilities. 

Not gonna respond to everybody's so I'm just gonna answer his I completely understand where everybody is coming from but as a players standpoint everybody thinks the staff don't do enough and its somewhat true I just felt bad for papafranku and dildozer taking like a million sits. I'm going to start recording every time I get on to show how its like to get some insight and how some cases can be taken care of better. thank you for your feed back though all love staff nothing here is for the negativity its to help grow.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Ok I don't know where to post this so until I get the right location but for now it will be here it took 30 mins to get my ticket answered Papafranku had like a million tickets to handle not his fault matter fact I commend him so much for taking care of sits properly but I feel so bad for the man he's taking sits all by him self and I was getting harassed for like 30 straight minutes it took jouaram to get on to deal with it when their was a moderator present I don't wanna put names out there not in my character but please something has to be done about staff and I know its ironic that I put a mod app out there ignore that I don't care if I don't get accepted well I do but ill understand why I wouldn't but please something has to be done about staff too  many afkers or not handling the situation properly Thank you NOT: Dildozer was there taking sits too but still took long 

i can get by that but maybe there can be another option for end game ya feel me like maybe perma attachments something thats gonna make you wanna grind for those millions for the hardcore players like me

Ok their just server suggestions and some arent in the rules arent in there or maybe should be included and perma or not combat medic is still gonna be a combat medic not every one has permas

Cant Call a raid (Only with party)

Cant Mug

Cant Kidnap

DJ:

Make DJ able to have the radio where he/she can play music for all instead of just mic spamming 

Theatre Job/Addon: Make a job as a cinema owner and you can play videos on the screen 

Printers: Lowkey needs a buff maybe make them upgradable 

Rules Suggestion:

Cant Mug the same player twice until a 10 min cool down (stops harrasing)

When you raid somebody they cant log off or switch classes for 30-40 Mins

When you buy printers or buyable that make money they cant log off for said agreed time and if something happens give them the items next time you log in for the remainder of the time

No using rockets launcher in raids 

The spaces in between fading doors need to be able for 2 people to fit vertically (Makes raiding fair)

I have more but i cant remember from the top of my head if you need more in depth rules I will explain them better but these are some I can think off at the moment

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Permas will improve the end game aspect of dark rp it gives u a reason to grind up money and a goal while your at it that will keep players coming back to the server and rocket launcher nerf to make it fair for all players
