  1. Your ban should be expiring at some point soon and hopefully going forward you understand how serious we take it when you kill mass amounts of people for no reason. I see no good reason to shorten the ban or to remove the warn.

I think kidnapping is only fun and interactive when people make the bases that are purposefully made for kidnapping people and either holding them or selling them. One person at a time restricts the kidnapping action quite a lot.

The rule about not kidnapping during a raid would be good if it wasn't defeated by the fact that you cannot control kidnaps outside of a raid so people will kidnap right before a raid and then raid, you'd have to make it so people who own a base have to be let free if they get raided whilst kidnapped but that's just awkward to do.

I don't really see a solution here so far.

Maybe something amongst the lines of you must have a predetermined plan of what you're going to do with the kidnapped person; as in you must have a base already setup or a 'sale' like you said planned before kidnapping the person. If they're just kidnapping them to fly around with them or attach them to the top of the map it can get pretty annoying to certain players.

I don't think the kidnapping before raids thing is too big of a deal, if you're basing with someone than likely you're in a party so if someone gets kidnapped odds are you're already in a scenario where you can protect yourself and base mate.

  3. Your best bet would be to become friends with as many people as possible within the community gaining some good feedback for when you appeal again. As of now it seems like there's very few people who want you in the discord but that may change in the next few weeks.

Bro 3 people have replied to Goku's response. We all get that the answer i gave was wrong. I wrote this a 3 in the morning and missed that rule. We all dont need to respond to one comment.

This response doesn't really sit with me the right way. Even if multiple people pointed out that you had written down the wrong answer, it's pretty out of pocket to give a response like this; because as staff you're expected to remain as professional as possible no matter what the situation is. If you can't take a couple critiques then maybe staffing isn't for you.
If this is just a one time thing and won't be a problem, then I'm honestly for this application given you continue to be active. You seem like a chill and funny person who wants to help out and I'm all for that.

    +/- for now.

  5. Out of all my time staffing I've only had to enforce this rule a handful of times, maybe 5 at most. With majority of the jobs being stupid easy setup and at a pretty cheap price considering what you make, it's pretty random and rare that a regular player would LTAR as they know they can just respawn their things and be immune from that same raider for 30 minutes.
So if a random player who never really plays gets raided and decides gmod and Aether are no longer worth their time, why punish them for this? I don't really see a reason on why we should go out of our way to enforce something onto someone who is no longer an active issue, since they are no longer online. The raider may be upset at their loss of things, but they can either just raid the next base over or do something else to earn money.
If someone who wants to play the server leaves to avoid the raid, then they're pretty much already giving themselves a 20/25 minute jail/ban as they know if they rejoin too early they'll be given an even longer timeout.

I don't think the issue is too extreme right now to be giving punishments for it, maybe if it becomes more of a reoccurring problem

  6. -1, I don't think creating a separate rank or increasing the price needs to happen for your idea to work. Generally I think an additional 10-20 props across all players would make for a pretty neat test/update for a week or so to see how it effects performance. (user: 90, builder/premium: 130).

  7. I'm not exactly for this report, but I do think when someone is asking a staff member a question even outside of a sit they should at least try to be helpful/explain. I can see how overly using "omg" instead of actual responses could be annoying to deal with. A simple "no" or "switch jobs to respawn it yourself" could have avoided this report entirely.

I see no real reason that bee would deserve any sort of punishment -1
