Proof Of Ban: 

Why Should You Be Unbanned: I was a police officer and someone was wanted, I tried to arrest them, he ran away from me and I managed to shoot them and remove his wanted. Lofi brought me in a sit and told me that I can't kill someone just because they're wanted. Yes I can it's even in the rules, the only scenario where I should try to arrest is when they break the law and not being wanted.

Police Department Rules:

4.Illegal activity must be followed by an arrest unless your life or someone else's life is in danger or the player is already wanted, which is the only scenario where you can KOS.
