You've now admitted Revenge RDM and RDM in a sit, so what is the point of this appeal?
 

What am I supposed to lie about my actions? What kind of sob story of an appeal was you hoping to see? I'm not a little girl... and I really don't like your attitude to be honest, it stinks.

When you go-to prison for robbing a bank or accidentally killing someone... do you appeal not guilty or guilty when being truthful? So perhaps take another look on why honesty and being guilty can help a situation. Compared to someone who can't be assed to reply to a forum post, posted the littlest amount of detail, knew he was in the wrong, and hasn't returned since.

 went through and looked at all your logs from when you switched from Banker to Black Market Dealer, and only saw you killed by KingJax once, and only made one admin ticket for that scenario. I also did not see you place a text screen at any point while you were Black Market Dealer.

Also I've had a looked at my logs in console, clearly I made two sits, and was killed twice/three times via jax anyways I cba with you, have a lovely day.

He pacifically chose to ignore the logs, proceeded to wait for Jax's ticket to pick up on that one so I was the instigator, and practically hasn't been very truthful at all and has been lazy towards my bases specifications etc, also Minge KOs is allowed and again I was told by admins around.

Imagine being RDM'd twice, but you're the instigator.

I would like to address, I believe you have missed the part where he rdm'd me before this in the [edit;(x2) logs], and came into my base minging with his mic and being rude, where I had KOS'd him considering, A he had rdm'd me before this event, was un-welcome to my base, was being a nuisance, and multiple people outside my base in a group of 12 were talking about his remarks, I then had made the action to get rid of him out of my base, in accordance to my previous gyazo's there is evidence he had killed me before being in my base, and I can inform you as well I hadn't just mentioned 'he was being racist', I had mentioned more and that's why you said in the console logs for both of us to stop and not use that language, as I was referring to the language he had been using to players and myself, and again anticipated the request for eye witnesses to join the sitting, which you hadn't really put much thought into, secondly you had never checked my base, you wasn't bothered, never teleported to me to have a look around, and was probably busy dealing with the many other rdmers on which I had also reported, which wasn't also picked up on, and of-course jax walking into my base, I had already explained reasoning on why I didn't want him in there to you, and again have witnesses and people who would support me, and with the signs outside as this was right outside of spawn, with other admins & staff there at the time.

And I mean you defiantly had missed a lot, looking into the logs properly and seeing I was rdm'd already twice, came back and got rid of him out of my base, the logs also evidently show him rdming multiple people, also there is no undo key in the server, so this would be impossible to get rid of anything in my base without removing it, so this would evidentally be the case of you not coming to my base and making an assumption.

Towards making a better relationship it would be very greatful if my temp ban could be removed, I've only taken it this far due to the lack of quality in the staff enforcement which was provided to myself experiencing a very toxic/homophobic/racist person, where signs were clear about minging being KOS.

All in all, again making the request, obviously it was a mistake, and I understand that... but fixing things would ultimately really help here.

Why Should You Be Unbanned: So, I was sat outside my base nicely decorated just outside of spawn for the community to come along as a Gun Dealer, everything's going pretty well for 30 minutes, until I stumbled across a wild kingjax, who was being racist towards the community, repeatedly rdming his mate vice versa without pvp role, I had a KOS minging sign up before, already killed once before by kingjax 5 minutes before in console, and had told kingjax to leave, he then proceeded to be homophobic towards myself, as well proceeded to accidentally so ever coincidentally shoot me as he was shooting his mate, I reported him once, I went back incorrectly yes shot him, and proceeded to warn him again as he had come back being rude again, I made a sit and told him, he made a sit and told me, we were waiting for a bit, I got pulled into a sit with the Staff member in question and king jax, having had explained my side and offering to request pulling in a few eye witnesses and victims, and I was told do I have a video, obviously no from the context of the situation as I'm chilling outside of my base sat on a chair admiring things, I was then given 10 mins of jail and an RDM warning, and wrongfully so but ever so quite pissed off I shot kingjax in return during the sit, as I knew from the get-go admin perhaps was his mate or close friend of some form, and I wasn't going to get very far and could do nothing about this false warn, and nothing against this minging homophobic young person who was also throwing racial slurrs at players.

as I also had a chat with a few other members of authority and they understood and was advising on how to get rid of him properly, just very sad I didn't get to be in a sit with any of these people, and had to deal with someone who was obviously very bias, refused to use logs or perhaps they did and ignored the fact this kingjax firstly rdm'd me, and secondly wouldn't take into any accounts of his racism from any other players, and his homophobic language towards me, thirdly telling a player you'll refuse to stop being annoying outside of their base because nobody can do anything, is just harmful towards the roleplay experience, and is a huge annoyance.

An unban would be greatly appreciated, obviously I won't do it again, and hopefully something could be provided towards kingjax for this awful play experience he is providing to other members of the community, if I had no video obviously there are logs to show he was rdming myself.
