Honestly looking back at all these warns and previous minge punishments I'm starting to think 3 days isn't enough. I'll leave it how it is though unless a higher up decides you should get more.

Why Should You Be Unbanned: i literally shot a gun in a base and i wasnt pointing at the base owner i shot wall and hit him then i got banned i did not intend to hurt anyone. I was banned for RDM but if i was hurting him as the staff member claims, that would be ARDM not RDM i did not kill him.

Chief Keef is a mingy dick, nobody will disagree with me.

But Chief didn't deserve 4 weeks in my opinion, I've taken many of his sits the last few days and I'll say very few were actually on him that couldn't be legitimately explained, Keef can be mingey, he can certainly be a bit toxic, but many of the players I've spoken to actually like him because he creates some great RP situations, I just think Keef has a bad habit of getting involved in trouble, and from the sits I've taken for him it's usually not him that's causing the issues, I know he has like 13 previous warns and I think that certainly justifies a ban but not for 4 weeks in my opinion, no offense meant towards Jouaram

I say reduce the ban, but do not remove it entirely. I say shorten it to a week and since I'm very frequently on at the same times as Keef I will keep a very close eye on him and if he messes up again then proceed with the 3-4 week ban, I think Keef isn't as bad as everyone says he is, at least not anymore, it seems be does want to be a part of the community and I think we should give him yet another chance at proving himself, I do however think he needs to be told the rules and for him to study them, I'll volunteer for that job if given the chance

I also think he needs to calm down with how he speaks to people, as can be seen in the post above by Keef himself. I think a very serious talk needs to be had with him from some higher ups before we even consider reducing the ban.  I'm sure there's more I could say but I'm going to leave it at this.

I got sent proof of all of this, and I don't believe this is even what you were banned for so the fact that you broke OTHER rules and got banned for it is kind of amusing.

 

You say here that you're asking for another chance but we have given you multiple chances at this point and none seem to stick. Hopefully this ban will cause some behavioral changes.

There isn't a rule saying I cant use a prop with world glow material to see inside there base saying that its  not allowed. Also, I raided the base that had a building. sign number 1:  their building sign was a size less than 20 I couldn't see it. Number 2: they had printers. and I did not camp their base that was building I dont even remember that. Also I didnt prop minge if I did, Show me proof DIldo-zer

yea but they had 2 entrances bc they prop blocked 1 is they also broke a rule there and I didn't know I just play the server to have fun and raid and base not to spend like 1-2 hours reading the MOTD I read most of it but not all

I would of done that but I don't want to bother/annoy staff with complaints as a admin told me something along the lines of " Stop complaining and making so many tickets staff will grow to hate you" I don't want staff to hate me. Also, Minot blatantly breaking rules on "purpose" I just get hated on by many players even players I never even met before I used to minge I always would get hatted on just because I would raid their base or try to role-play, and realistically u dont just put 3 buckets infront of a vent and call it a day that FailRP realistically if there would be a wall like thing or many layers bc its Garrysmods. Also, I have cool down on mining and now stopped mining I haven't got any minge warns in a while now I only did this because there was toxicity in ooc against me that was also by police because I raided them.

Why Should You Be Unbanned: I understand I have my PW but from those PW I stopped and changed but recently I prop blocked the pd and that was because in the PD the vent near the vault was prop blocked. I couldn't find anywhere in the MOTD where it says prop blocking pd is allowed. Also, from my PW I stopped being a minge and doing stuff no body likes apart from what I just did but I already explained why I did that. Also, I was told by Hans in dm's that the whole 2w ban thing is dropped and that I won't be 2w ban or more, but I was 4w banned :(. Look I just really want to be unbanned this is literally my favorite server I cant handle 1 second without playing on it. Again as I said I searched EVERYWHERE in the motd for something along the lines saying that police and propblock PD. I understand what I did was VERY wrong and was serious that could of caused the Mayor to die and loose his job and would of started problems and drama but I just wanted to say im very sorry it will NOT happen again. Please just give me a chance.

the idea of a ban is to learn from your mistakes and be better in the future. With how problematic you were for our staff team, the ban was supposed to be an eye opener for you but you don’t seem to care at all.

that’s not someone who deserves their ban to be appealed in my opinion. In fact I would support an extended ban for you to 1 week.

 

 

also If what you said was true and night handled your sit poorly, the mature, right way, to go about it would be making a complaint or telling someone. Not breaking rules because you’re pissed off about it then complaining when you deal with the consequences of your actions.
