  1. In this case you are kinda right, it is only if there job states they can do so. I'm gonna be honest this application seems kind of rushed, you have 0 grammar in this and it just has a not very professional look. All your answers are correct which is good, but I'd also like to see some more playtime out of you. As of now it is a -1
  2. +/- Once playtime goes up I would definitely +1 you have a great application.

  5. Hi, I'm Pugsley I first joined in March of last year and have been playing on and off up until a couple weeks ago and started getting on everyday. Never formally introduced my self. So hello I sing for people on YouTube watch in game for the links.
  6. Totally agree, and obviously with past experiences and denials I have been denied for a reason of treating others with respect and I can guarantee you I know how I should be acting as a staff member and how I should be handling things. Thank you for the response otherwise!
  7. AetherNetwork Staff Application In-Game Name (List ALL variations, if accepted your Forum/Discord name will be changed to your most used one): Pugsley, Super Senior Pugsley Age: 15 Steam ID: STEAM_0:1:458731244 Discord Tag: Pugsley1234 Total Playtime (24 hours/1 day REQUIRED): 1 week, 4 days, 6 hours. Timezone: CST Steam Profile: https://steamcommunity.com/id/pugsleyfr/ Times you're most active (If you have a unpredictable schedule let us know): 6pm-10:30pm | can vary due to sports General Questions How can you contribute to Aether?: I have been an active member of this community for quite some time and I believe I have the activity and necessary resources to be apart of this great servers staff team and community. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Yes I have Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: Yes Are you certain you will be able to staff for 5 hours a week and finish 15 sits each week?: Yes DarkRP Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: 10 Minutes from the advert. If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: You have a 30 minute cooldown for raiding per base which starts from the initial advert. What initiates a raid?: /advert Raid If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: Depends, if the players job allows them do so then yes, other than that no you can not. Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): /advert Raid If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: No you can not, the raid has not been initiated yet. If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: No, once you are killed, or arrested the raid is deemed over and the raid must be adverted over. If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No, that is called revenge RDM and you can also be punished for it. A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: RDM because that is considered "Random Death-match" which if it was a first offense probably a written warning. 2nd offense using jail for punishment following staff guidelines. List all default Laws of The Land: Raiding and Stealing Illegal, Entities detected by contraband scanner are illegal, Harming players is illegal unless in your base, Laws can be enforced with KOS if the player is wanted. How many bases can you own per party? : 1 Raidable, 1 RP A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: First if the sit is getting out of hand try and just deescalate the situation and try and move on with a more calm approach trying to be as clear as you can with the player. If they still are uncooperative further punishment will be handed to them following guidelines. Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes, it can be classified as a type of harassment. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: Setting HP of other players or themselves to gain an unfair advantage. I would clip it and send it to higher ups and let them deal with it. A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: Grab player and bring them to admin land, they would be banned for 3 days which is the max I can ban for and if extension is needed that would be put in ban reason along with the MRDM. A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: I will ask for a valid RP reason on why the lockdown was initiated, if no RP reason is giving I will ask that they turn off the lockdown and if they refuse to do so further punishment will be dealt with.
  8. if i win i will give every single staff member a picture of my big toe
