You also went on to say how shit the staff team is without giving any good reasons and suggested that we should retire, i suggest fixing you attitude on the server and in general before getting staff. no hate from me just putting out opinions

You can have more than one base if the rest are strictly RP only without any illegals A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: i would ask the player to please calm down and ask them to let me handle the situation. if the player wont stop running away after being brought back to place of the sit after being asked very nicely several times to please stop running away i will freeze them in place temporalily for the duration of the sit so they can hear me and the other player explaining their side of the story. If a player decides to mic spam or spam chat during a sit i would polietely ask them to please stop spamming voice chat or game chat so the sit can be handled appropriately so the other player can type if they need to if they dont stop after being asked ill give them a 1 minute gag/mute and if they proceed after i gag/mute them ill give them a longer gag/mute until the sit is over or when its their turn to give me their side of the story. You see another staff member abusing their power (Give an example of a staff abusing and how you would handle it/who you would contact): If i see another staff abusing their power such as raiding while in godmode or no clipping into bases and stealing money i would ask them why they are doing it and ask them to please stop, if they proceed to continue abusing i would contact a higher up staff member telling them the situation providing evidence such as a video of the staff member doing these things. if it really comes to it and the staff member is causing serious harm to the server i would kick/temp ban them myself to prevent further harm then tell the higher ups A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR (What is RDM/RDA and NLR? How do you determine if a player is breaking any of these?): RDM is random death match where a player kills a player(s) without any reason i would check who the player killed and determine the time between the kill/kills in the logs and find out the situation of why they killed the person and if they give a reason like "they looked at me weird" i would determine it was rdm and punish them accordingly. RDA which means Arresting someone without reason is fairly easy to tell, i would check who arrested the player and check if they where wanted or had a warrent on them and if they didnt i would look for who arrested them in logs and ask the person why they arrested the person and if they give some poor reason such as "they where jay walking" i would determine it was rda and punish them accordingly. NLR which means new life rule is when a player returns to place of death within 3 minutes of dying, i would check how long ago the player died from when the sit was made and ask how many times they returned after death and ask if anyone has seen him return to get more info to be 100% sure that the player broke nlr, if the player did infact break nlr i would check their past warns and punish them accordingly and inform the player to not return for 3 minutes.
