I was told that before I got banned I just thought it would of been kinda the same like it was on ret

I understand that and I would of taken the jail time for the punch I think a jail would of been better then a ban

No one plans on getting banned unless they are an outright minge. I wasn't there for whatever happened but reading over what was said if it was true and you would receive the warn. Adding the prior warns no matter how old (3+ warns for rdm if so) it would equal a ban. Sorry to say but im going to -1 this unban appeal. Maybe after waiting the 3 days youll learn your lesson on the rules of the server and follow them more closely. 

Canadian the old warns and bans should not count if they are from like two months ago I don't think that it should count

I would of been fine with a jail then a ban if I was to do it again but I just dont understand why I was banned for old warns and bans

you didn't punch someone in a sit, you were called for a rdm sit (the person wanted the warn to be given), we have to account for all warns (unless they are removed/ excused /accidental). with your "degree" of warns I had to put 3 days for the punishment. I would probably make sure that next time you don't hit people for no reason.
