-1 I agree with the other guy. You have a very passive aggressive attitude from what I've seen on the forums and discord.

Your initiating a raid answer is wrong, I would review the MOTD for that. Also your scenario questions, you mention immediately jumping the gun on muting or jailing people. Especially for the uncooperative question you immediately said you would mute them. A lot of times, people will calm down as long as you treat them with respect. Escalating a situation when it is not absolutely necessary will multiply your number of hostile sits by a lot. Most of your sits will be people very angry and only getting angrier / more upset because you are escalating. Just try to have some patience with people and talk to them.

+/- +Great application for the most part, you can tell effort was put into it and I like most of your answers (great answers for scenario questions) +Seems like someone who could be sculpted into a great staff member -I haven’t interacted with you much as you’re fairly new -get your forum and discord activity up -if you’re coming from staffing on FiveM, I can definitely see you beIng too strict as an issue to start but that can be fixed with mentorship.

+1 I see you active in-game and have not had any problems with you. However, your forum and discord activity could use some work to have more of a presence in the community.

-1 -I don’t really recall ever seeing you on the server or interacting with you try and gain a bit of a presence in the community through forum, in-game, and discord activity. That’ll give you the best shot at people backing you up to staff. as for your application itself, your answers could use some work/tweaking. A lot of your answers are in the right direction but not exactly correct.

There's been a lot of things posted on the forums, just giving your opinion or feedback on anything is good for forum activity. Or giving feedback on people's staff apps. Considering you haven't done anything horrible and don't have any glaring quality that deserves an instant denial, I don't see any reason you wouldn't be given a shot through a trial phase. You have the activity on both in-game and discord. I'd like to see what you do with an opportunity given to you. Any kinks can be worked out through the trial phase and if not, failing the trial phase is always an option. Good luck

+1 The way you're responding to some of these makes it questionable because I can without a doubt see you butting heads with staff members, especially higher ups who tell you what you are doing is wrong. However, you seem pretty mature outside of that and a trial phase is where everything will come to light. Rather than saying "If", "You might", "Maybe", etc, trial moderators are looked at closely and the whole point of a trial phase is seeing what you do with an opportunity. All of these "potential" problems will shine like a night light if they arise during your trial phase. I think the best thing is to put people into a trial phase, and see if the suspected problems illuminate during that period. If they do, it is easy to deal with.

In terms of staffing, nah man not this time

I will still hop on Aether every now and then as a player, but in terms of staffing and events my time has come to an end. I'm not gonna get into why I am resigning and have not been really telling anyone who asks because it doesn't matter tbh, I have my reasons and felt as if it was my time to go. I will be spending my free time doing other things for other communities but I wish you all the best and hopefully Jouaram can continue working off of what him and I had planned.

I would support you joining the staff team as a Trial Moderator as I think you have earned the chance at a trial period. You will be watched closely by other staff, so considering your personality is staff material, I think with some mentoring / learning you could be good.
