I will see what features each org/gang system can bring but if there isn't enough that fits the server then I will not add one.
My main concerns are the persistence/permanent 'party' confusion on rules since a lot of it relies on party's because of their max size.
Added to accepted as I am not against the idea but need to find the right one.

The nightstick/handcuff combo is basically the cops only defense/upper hand when it comes to criminals.
I don't think it's unfairly overpowered either considering speed drugs/grappler exists.

I don't think cops need a nerf in their current state with how strong bases are.

This was always an issue to enforce, it can be enforced but it's annoying for the builder to take into consideration when making bases and kills tons of the creativity.
Bases have pretty loose rules and will stay that way.

I will make the physgun racks physgunnable, however this means they will only be destroyable since everyone will be freezing them.

Its stats really aren't much better than any of the other weapons, I think its fire rate is a little over-tuned and that has now been reduced.

The weed grower and hobo I would say in defense are pretty active jobs. The others I agree can use minigames or just small timeframes that require your attention to make it more interactive.
If you have a specific addon you'd like added feel free to post it but I have denied the other miner post due to performance issues.
As for @Dildozer well written post, I agree with most of what you said here but it really comes down to balancing it without making it feel pointless. Hitman has had their random hits payout massively increased which should give a lot more incentive, gun dealers / medics and black market dealers will be able to choose the price of their dispensers soon to make them a bit more viable. The PD bonuses for arrests could be implemented but I feel like if the payout is good it'll be abused by friends and if the payout isn't good then it doesn't really make much difference.

I think how they are now with the new cooldown being introduced is fine. I would rather there be less than more of them.

Added to the to-do list, this is definitely something that is only beneficial.

If I added this it'd be a crazy upcharge over the BMD - however I really do think the move is to keep the attachment crates one of the only ways to get them.
I think the attachment/ammo crates just need a changeable price on them so players can charge more when they're the only ones willing to provide.
I will still mess around with purchasable attachments and see if I can find a place for them to fit in.

Party members using your keypads will be added as an option, party sizes are good how they are imo.

This is a rough one, everyone enjoys mining but the performance on any of the decent ones are piss.
I really don't agree that it's a worth-while trade-off but I will mess around with them as I have them all purchased already and see if anything can be done.

Even though I've gone and rebalanced stuff so Bitcoin won't be so crazily sought after, I have still increased bitcoin to 10 slots for the people who want to afk a bit more.

This is simple enough and I agree it would be a QoL. Added to the todo list.

Known bug, make a ticket for me to redeem it however I am hoping to have this fixed soon.
