I don't think it will stop fail raids but it doesn't hurt to have. I've have added this to the to-do list.

I think core gameplay mechanics should be do-able by everyone on the job not those that have specific weapons unless we're going the MMO route again. 

Meth can use a way to extinguish fires but the water balloon will not be it, I will mess around with potential minigames to stop the fires. 

I disagree with a cooldown, making it costly will work better.

This was tweaked a little bit ago to give players the ability to break out.

After next restart you will be set to Citizen after 20 minutes of inactivity. This should free up jobs that aren't being utilized by other players.

I have increased bail to 50k, I will work on getting the split payout added soon as I think it's a pretty solid idea.

RT Cameras caused shadows to freak out (you can test this using the same map with RT cameras in a multiplayer setting)

Submaterial can be exploited to make props that appear through the world no matter where you are, people have really nasty dupes for this. 

I am going to deny this suggestion as my previous opinion still stands.

Just the host. The inability to connect is due to them figuring out how to correctly filter the attacks.
