I agree with @Dreadnaught that it's a concern with how you got rid of your application after Novva's denial - however if this is the case it'll be easy to spot and won't do us much harm.
I believe and hope you are applying because you want to try being a staff member, let's see how you do.

I am very disappointed that you were not assisted immediately and the situation resolved, this could've all been handled with a Staff member lecturing the Dwarves to stop bothering PD with tools they can't utilize.
Lockpicking is considered a form of raiding, lockpicks only purpose is to raid/steal.
I'll be sure to let the Staff who handled this situation incorrectly know how to handle it properly in future. Thanks for the report, don't hesitate to post more of these if you encounter anymore poor situations.

Any bans that carried over to Aether were not for 'propspamming' and were for reasons that make you incompatible with the server.
These are non-appealable.

The idea of the party system and only basing with party members is so situations like this do not occur, it looks like to Zeus that you just RDM'd him since you didn't show any party name above your head and defended a base that you aren't the main owner of.
If you had been in the party with the players who live in the base, your defense would have some weight and most likely reduce your ban if not void is altogether, however as you didn't follow the simplest rule of being in a party with whoever you are basing and previous warns I am going to leave the ban as it stands so maybe you'll be a lot more considerate of the rules in future scenarios.

I think Zeus is fine with how he acted on this situation, it's very easy to tell when a player/staff member is in a sit I'm guessing you knew this and thought you'd kill him anyways since he damaged you earlier, but you should've waited until the sit was concluded.
If you don't want to receive harsh warnings/punishments try to follow the rules more tightly and minge less.

It's not aimed at being realistic it's more for balance since cigarette income is pretty high, I do not want to blindly increase this number without doing the math for it first, even then I don't see a reason to do it when cig dealers are pretty high up there on the money makers.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: This would improve the QOL of raiders. IMO, raiding solo as of right now is very hard. You have to throw 20 EMPS, launch grenades, and you still might die. I feel like the current basing rules are very in favor of the builder.
There will be more tools for raiders in the future, which is why builders have very strong bases in the current meta - this won't be like this forever but I don't want to restrict bases unless the raiding tools don't work.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: This is a suggestion mainly focused on staff QOL. Ive been in a few sits where players claimed they were in a party and the other party said they were never in one. I feel like it would help those sits go more smoothly.

I agree the mayor vault is lackluster and I'll buff it for next restart.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: When there is no Mayor active, I see not a lot of people on police jobs. This is probably because the base laws aren't very fun to enforce, PD are underpaid on what they do (1k for destroying a meth lab??????) Where as its much easier and nicer to play a thief and print money, or farm cigs.
I need more details on this one, I don't know what rework means because it's pretty hard to make cops have a high income since there aren't many ways that make sense for them to make money other than taking illegals away from players which can't be a high price/good money maker because then it's abusable with 2 friends 1 a criminal and 1 a cop.

Maybe if we restricted the turns and other things, but I don't see a reason to give more power to bases without them being restricted more first since bases are very strong. The sidewalk/rooftops are different because the sidewalk can cause real issues with players going near/around the base.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I feel like this is going to get lots of backlash but I feel like its going to be a change for the better. This rule is so bias towards builders and causes so many headaches when trying to raid a player. A one way prop when no-collided makes it too easy for the builder to kill the raider.
I think you should post this one as it's own suggestion and see what feedback people give specifically for this one.
Thanks for the suggestions, I wanted to quickly bang this one out as I added a 'One suggestion per post' rule to the template now for organization purposes.

No-Collide Suggestion
in Suggestions [DENIED]

This would need to be either completely restricted or left as it is, there is no in between as there's no reliable way for Staff to check bases for no-collided props.
I am moving more towards completely removing it, however I don't see enough support vouching for it to change to warrant this yet.
So with that said I'm gonna leave this post up longer.
