    EDIT TO RAPE SWEP: Maybe some sort of Earrape Swep that only applies to one player with a 3 minute cooldown so it's not abused. Also, the swep should be KOS at all times and that good stuff.

     

    2. Kidnap SWEP/Function - Uses constraints or handcuffs that can blind/gag the victim. You can break out too, it could also replace the shitty red baton that cops have. Cop handcuffs are harder to break out of and kidnapper cuffs are easier to. Also PLEASE do not make the handcuffs really fucking hard to break out of if you do add them.

    3. Media Player replacing Boomboxes - Replace boomboxes with Small TVs from Media Player that you can buy for an 'eh' amount (25k, 10k) and new rules along with these such as rules against gore, pornography, etc. Also there should be a bigger TV in/outside PD, maybe in the prison.

    4. Ballistic Shield for ArcCW - A Riot Shield that is given to SWAT or is bought by mayor for PD to use. I've used it in sandbox and it's somewhat bad in terms of damage but not too good either. There's probably some sort of settings to change it.

    5. General Mob Buff - Let the Mob have more power like a specific area that's built for them and functions similar to PD. If this does happen, allow for more player slots in the Mob.

    6. Buff Mayor's money made from tax - With 44% tax you make like 100k an hour with the safe, buff the tax so it gives more money to the mayor and makes it more relevant.

    7. Nerf Ultimate Keypad/Lockpick - When raiding a base as Master Thief, the lockpick/keypad times be should be increased by like a second because if you have a straight easy path, it takes about 10-15 seconds to get through the base. The 10 minute raid timer should be at 10 minutes for a reason (besides PD).

    8. Add Bus job or some sort of easier/cheaper transportation - Maybe SCars Bus could be used to drive people around the map for a price. The only way to have faster transportation is either Cocaine or Grapples which are both very inconvenient to use or get. With vehicles should come new laws of land and rules in general.

    Out of all these I agree with the Ballistic Shields/Mob Buff. I will note these two down, if you want me to do a deeper dive on the other suggestions individually please put them into separate posts. 

    Add a Casino in Spawn

    There have been many casino suggestions before and my answer still stands, Player2Player gambling is in with coinflip and other ways may be added but Player2Entity gambling will not happen due to the sheer fact of keeping the economy predictable. The Casino's are known for tanking economy's, even if they are a bit of fun.

    The MOTD works fine for me and the few people I asked, I would suggest try changing your gmod to Chromium if it isn't already and let me know if that's the issue.

    EDIT: I just tested and it is indeed Chromium, I will see if it's possible to have an MOTD that will function without Chromium.

    Your previous warns were all super recent so it makes it easier to justify a ban, however since they were not related to NLR and you have 0 PW for NLR I believe your ban should have been 24 hours. 

    I have modified your ban which will unban you 24 hours from when you were banned which is 7:55pm EST today, be sure to read through at the very least the 10 basic rules in the MOTD to avoid a situation like this happening again.
