Why Should You Be Unbanned: Unaware of what it refers to, I was offline at the time, also I've only recently started playing again after taking a break and am under the impression my previous warns would have expired by now

You weren't leaving tho you were standing next to the door for like 20 seconds before I called that sit. I also didn't hear you say anything because there were multiple people there speaking

This seems like a honest mistake that should've been clarified. Judge in ooc was pretty apologetic about the situation.

To add to this I feel Judge should be unbanned for for the sheer amount of immaturity shown on this post by asuna.

Can we please be civil. You keep saying common sense, again I was unaware the police couldn't assist people in such a manner, and everything that happened, especially your running out of the building led me to think I was correct since you were obeying the advert. Why wouldn't you correct me right there?

As a police officer I was under the impression I am allowed to assist with removing someone from their base if asked. You also ran out of the building when I adverted which would lead me to believe I was correct otherwise why wouldn't you have told me right there

Evidence: Today I was at a gun dealers shop where Asuna was inside refusing to leave and the owners asked me for help, I adverted a warn for them to leave and they left the building and into its alley. I  then asked if the alley was part of the property in the admin call I heard someone say yes and thought it was staff so I killed them. Asuna then teleported me to a sit and told me i'm not allowed to assist them in such a manner as PD. I apologize for that however I must add that it was rather confusing in the moment especially since Asuna initially fled the building when I adverted, and hearing someone say yes shortly after I asked my question in the admin chat, which led me to believe that I was indeed doing something I am allowed to do. I also feel that a 3 day ban is unjust as all of my previous rdm warns have not been malicious acts of random RDM because I just felt like killing, they have all been a mistake or confusion about rules due to my hiatus from the server that started when it was still retribution. It says in the staff handbook that in such cases punishment is to be more lenient. I again apologize for what happened.

They were propclimbing at the time, I didn't crouch. And again I figured since the first hit didn't launch I could hit them again without launching them.

Your screenshot clearly shows you stop the sit when I call you out for putting words in my mouth not because you had "come to a decision"

You have no information that would lead you to the conclusion that I had negative intentions so I'm not sure how you came to it. You do not have to be at pretty good angle it's a a VERY wide range of angles, you have also been on the server awhile you should know that. And I didn't kill them they fell to their death due to an accident. 

It's not an exact angle on the stunstick it's a pretty wide range of angles and again, given that the first hit didn't launch them I figured the second one wouldn't. I don't see how my comment on their 25 health has any impact on this, the comment was mostly said as a result of your own misconduct by assuming malice and intent on my part while also trying to talk over me while I was defending myself, and when I called you out on said behavior you teleported soula away and put me in jail instead of finishing the sit. I did stay in the area briefly due to comments made by soula and are you honestly trying to tell me you've never hit someone with a stunstick for being annoying instead of walking away? I also wasn't aware being followed by them was a prerequisite for someone to be considered annoying.

Evidence: Soula was being annoying so I hit them with my stunstick twice, the first time they didn't go flying so I figured I could hit them a second time without them flying away, unfortunately they did and fell to their death, it was accidental and not true RDM as I did no damage to them, Gold told me my next warn will probably be a 3 day ban it feels quite excessive for my next warn to be a 3 day ban because I accidentally caused a class with 25 health to fall to their death.
