    Also this is a tricky case. So when police die by somebody they do have to follow nlr. But that's not to say that the person(s) that killed the cop is able to do anything they'd like in front of them if the player(s) that killed the cop moved to the cop.

    So cop dies by PD goes to fountain after respawn player that killed cop goes to cop at fountain and kills or mugs somebody. The cop is able to go after the player even if three minutes aren't up.

    This can also be applied to people. So a killer kills a party member not to be attack by anybody else inside the party and they leave. Player that got killed then regroups with party away from where they had died. The killer attacks a different party member then the NLR the person that originally died is able to defend their party member seeing how it's a different scenario.
