I never said his opinion/statement was irrelevant, I respect everyone's opinion. This is kinda sad to read. I am not "almost admitting" to anything. Revolt, in all honesty it looks like you're trying so hard to paint this picture into people's heads that I haven't changed without actually giving me a chance to prove myself. I don't really know what you have planned or what you're planning to do but further look into what I wrote and try to understand. Whether or not there are "plenty of players that have never received a warning" there is still a far greater majority of people who have. I see your point but it is not a strong one. Once again I DON'T PLAN ON BREAKING ANY RULES, I put a little bit more emphasis on it this time. If it's still unclear let me know.  Also note that I said "mistakes", you can't argue much with that, mistakes are mistakes Revolt, once you realize that I hope you'll maybe see where I'm coming from.

Hey what's up goose, been a minute. If your "-1" was for what Jouaram said then that's kind of stupid ( no offense ). If your "-1" was for a different reason I could see where you'd be coming from, for example if it was because you don't believe I changed then I could understand that. Anyway Jouaram messaged me on discord the day I got banned and said "same regulations as every other perma-banned player which is that you are applicable to appeal after 30 days (September 20th)" why would Jouaram say that if my last ban appeal was the last time any of my ban appeals would ever be accepted? What I think Jouaram meant by that was that it was my last ban appeal to be accepted BEFORE I get perma banned, not that it was my last time ever having an appeal accepted. Also I can't see any of my other posts, could you send me a picture of Jouaram saying that? and maybe with the whole response. I wanna read all of it just for curiosity's sake, you can message it to me on discord or on this thread, either or.

That's absurd, even some of the most dedicated people on the server who only play to rp and have no intentions of ever breaking rules sometimes make mistakes.

I'm not "already saying" that at all. You're getting the wrong idea and putting words in my mouth, I'm all for no warns at all if the idea would ever be put into place but then I thought about it some more, people tend to make simple mistakes, it's human nature. Let me give you 1 or 2 scenarios. Let's say for example I pd raid except I missclick and don't click my raid bind, I proceed through the raid without ever adverting it thinking I didn't break any rules. After the raid is over I get pulled into a sit thinking "what'd I do wrong" and they warn me for fail rp. In that situation I get a warn for a genuine mistake. Without the 1-2 warn wiggle room I'd get perma banned for a simple mistake. Another example could be if there was a new rule added or an old rule that was tweaked for example "Only 1 keypad allowed in bases" (not an actual rule, i dont think) and I had like 3, then I get pulled into a sit and warned for like idek what i'd get warned for, fail rp or something. I hope reading this you understand why the wiggle room is there. It is NOT to "go back to being the Deni everybody knows" but so that it could prevent me from getting perma banned for a simple mistake. (Also if this does actually happen somehow I'd plan on getting zero warns).

What if like I got accepted and then for the first month I was on a no tolerance watch or something where during my first month back i can only get like 2 warns then it's perma ban for good but if I don't minge and prove to you guys I changed then I can get removed of the no tolerance watch thingy and play the game like normal. @Jouaram what do you think about this, I don't think many people have come back to the server after a perma ban so I think there is some wiggle room for decisions like these.

Understandable, a lot of people feel the same way. How much time would you say I'd need to wait? I waited an extra month (making it 2 months since I've been on the server). Oh right, apologies to everyone else I've been a dick too. What I found and identified as "fun" was annoying and aggravating for others on the server. I'm honestly not sure how this ban appeal is gonna go, I know there are people who want me back and there are others that don't and maybe some people wanna give me a second chance, I'm not too sure tbh. I know that on other ban appeals, staff apps, and whatnot people have been open to giving second chances but I also know that others who've been perma banned before have remained perma banned. Although the case isn't really the same here as it was for them. Aidan and Carter messed up their chance at making a perma ban appeal by logging onto the server with their alt accounts. Jordan was a good girl (during her ban) and didn't do anything to hinder her chances at potentially returning to the server but she was denied because of the reason she got banned, people don't wanna give a hacker a second chance which is understandable. I think I've dealt with the ban well too, I didn't hop on the server with an alt account or do anything stupid to hinder my chances. At this point it's up to the community and how they feel about me. It just dawned upon me that there are probably a lot of new players who don't know me so I don't know what their response is gonna be (probably no response at all tbh) but yea.

I expect many people won't be happy with this response because you have many friends among the player and staff base, and many people thought you were funny; which sure I can understand, but that doesn't excuse your constant rule breaking. Someone being funny doesn't mean they should be unbanned for constant and un-changing rule breaking. 

I just simply can not believe that you plan on playing the server and not breaking rules. Definitely not so soon.

Agree, agree and agree!! It really is a shame it took me a perma ban to realize how much my behavior needed to change. I haven't really been an ass to anyone online and irl recently (except to @StarTheHomiestG, she deserves it though) and it made me realize that my actions and behavior on Aether was just overall stupid and childish. I also agree with your final point, rule breaking shouldn't be permitted just because someone is funny. Like I said before what I thought was funny wasn't fun for other players and I realize that now. If you really are keen on keeping me banned that's fine, not much I can do but respect your opinion.
