Based on logs I can see that Bakkula killed the mayor, 2 swat officers, and then lockpicked a door all before adverting raid.

This very well could have been accidental but regardless of that he broke the rules by Failraiding and RDMing.

In this scenario the victim should be reimbursed for lost items and the rulebreaker should receive a warn. Pecker is correct in saying that staff have the final say if they believe a situation was accidental, but even in the case of leniency the rulebreaker should receive a RIS warn, however Bakkula was not warned at all.

This sit was mishandled by Pecker and he will be talked to, to be sure it doesn't occur again.

Your laws and interaction with Perc did the break the excessive NSFW rule, however due to the fact that you complied after being told to stop/remove the laws, the ban was excessive for a first offense. You have been unbanned and your warn was removed and changed to "NSFW | Job Abuse | 15m Gag/Mute + Demoted from Mayor".

As for the appeal you didn't leave anything out and it seems genuine to me. I wouldn't have an issue with you being given another chance given the amount of time that has passed.

lol this has nothing to do with staff. Players will abuse a refund system. Items lost from valid arrests and deaths will just be claimed back by people that don't play honestly.

Ariestios is correct. Crossfire is RDM. If something is genuinely accidental we will be lenient with punishments and warns, but firing a rocket into a crowd of people is not an accident.

You RDM'ed him. He is allowed to noclip to build a base with a building sign up. There's also nothing "unprofessional" about this.

He does not need to let you make excuses when he has a valid reason for your punishment. Your only reasoning as to why you shouldn't be punished is because you claim the person you were basing with didn't want you warned. Tim made a sit against you for constantly hitting the button to block off the RP area which was preventing players from entering and using Tim's build.

Acmerica took the sit and informed you that you could not do this, you then asked if you could build in there to which he told you: yes as long as it's not disturbing or inside of Tim's build.

You then placed props inside of Tim's build and he made another sit that I took.

I teleported to him and very clearly saw your props inside of his building area.

Your props were right there. Clearly inside of Tim's nuketown build.

This is how much space there was left outside of Tim's build that you could have built a hobo shack in. Choosing to build directly inside of Tim's build is clearly just you being a minge and trying to mess with Tim after being told not to.

Here's a list of things we can see you doing in the video

1. NITRP, you are not roleplaying you are intending to disrupt gameplay by making loud noises
2. Harassment, you dislike froggy, this is well known. You are doing this in front of her base to annoy her and provoke a reaction
3. Attempt to shoot her

You are currently serving a 3d ban for toxicity and harassment against Froggy. Now you self-report more of this behavior in an attempt to get her punished.

This is weird, you made a report against Froggy and only provided evidence of you breaking rules.

Playing semantics about how you were just told it would be deleted is a waste of everybody's time. You're really grasping at straws trying to become the victim in this scenario.

+1 it honestly takes away from a lot of the fun. Gunfights are less about skill and players can get trapped in spawn tunnel very easily

If I did have a sign that rule would still not apply in this circumstance because that applies only to the KOS sign. Since he raided I don't need a KOS sign and the rules regarding that sign no longer have any effect.

I definitely agree it's not clear enough. I think within the same life is fair game, but it's hard to know if someone has died or not in-between events if multiple minutes has passed. In my opinions situations like mine should be valid because the event had just occurred and he was in the process of leaving the area when I got to him so it was easy to infer he was in the same life, and I think it would have been okay to chase had he run, but once he leaves my line of sight and is away from the area I think that's where the grey area in the rules is.
