There is also an absolute lack of proof to support the NITRP claim, as this person has joined the server and played with no issues over the past few weeks plus. That being on top of the fact of course that NITRP already typically is only used as an excuse to punish someone when no real reason exists. "RP" in the sense of DarkRP has an incredibly vast variety of meanings, playstyles, and actions that can't be easily categorized barring by staff who simply don't like something you're doing when it's not actually against any rules. As for the "MRDM," the only thing I can think of that would even come close is when him, myself, John Johnson and a couple others were dicking around and punching each other or shooting each other. This was, of course, with consent. While it may have looked like RDM at first, neither myself nor the others were consulted in or out of an admin sit prior to or post ban.

SkyGod only banned Pete Peterson (Caveman) because he took offense to my own actions on the server last night, in which I spent a good deal of time pointing out his more questionable actions, fucking around with my friends, and lamenting over how DarkRP is now compared to what I view as the "glory days." This can be seen in the sentence, "bro you have a 4 players around and rming and minging your lucky i did not ban all of them for the rda and rdm they did"
SkyGod took exception to my words and repeatedly claimed I was being 'toxic' and 'disrespecting' him (which is already a dumb rule, regardless of the fact that it isn't true.) Regardless of how anybody feels over that, the fact remains that Pete Peterson (Caveman) had nothing to do with my actions or those of any of my other friends and SkyGod chose to ban him for them anyway, completely neglecting to accurately reflect this in the ban reasoning, and refusing to explain to Pete Peterson (Caveman.)
While Pete Peterson (Caveman) is my friend and plays with me, his actions are his own just as mine are my own, if SkyGod was incapable of handling my criticisms and truly felt I was being toxic, he should have punished me instead of Pete Peterson, as I was warned multiple times within a single hour for the alleged toxicity. The claim that me and my friends were all mass rdming, rdaing and mingeing is patently false, and even were it true Pete Peterson had nothing to do with it.
Ultimately, if anyone should have been banned by SkyGod for three days, it should have been me- but the fact that it wasn't and SkyGod attempted to tell Caveman a different reason for his ban in discord than was actually given, and also has no valid proof, it comes across as ineptitude or incompetence, and reflects poorly on his ability to perform as server staff, even if he was under duress from my consistent criticism. For these reasons I believe Pete Peterson (Caveman) SteamID: STEAM_0:1:41534813 should be promptly unbanned and compensated for the time he was unable to play. I hope SkyGod learns from this mistake and is able to improve his staffing in the future, or his actions are properly looked into if this is not a first offense. I look forward to playing on AetherRP on and off for a long time to come, as I did with Retribution.
