It's been one hell of a year for me. April 29th 2021 is when I became staff, 1 day short of a year but its time I say my goodbye. It all started by me and a friend wanting to minge / troll on as many Dark RP servers as we can. We ran into a group that was RPing as the Mayor's mob. I miss moments like these and I thank Sata for that. I've had plenty of joyful experiences as staff. I will miss the community but I've ran out of motivation to play Garry's Mod. I don't have a toxic goodbye or anything that will leave a permanent scar on Aether. I'll be back if there's a movie theatre (for those who get it).

3rd clip: Nothing really goes on in the beginning, then I see 2 more signs pasted on your base by Chimp, and 1 by Rekuri. After this nothing else of notice occurs.

 

1st picture: That sign was pasted before Chimp received his warning for text screen minging so we can consider that one handled.

 

2nd and 3rd picture: These are the signs that we see in the 3rd clip at about 2:25 in your video. These signs were pasted after the warning and sits occurred so these were not already handled.

RDM: 

this is where it occurred as we can see in the first video, this happened at 9:43:47 PM.

Checking Chimp's advert logs there were no advert warnings made, and he received no damage. This looks like full on RDM.

 

To conclude: I see Chimp placing  signs on your base on multiple occasions, at least twice after his warning, and RDMing you once by the looks of logs.

I also see Rekuri placing one sign down, and I see no warning given to him.

I see nothing against Lofi here so I will leave him out.

 

This does look like harassment to me, based on the videos you've provided we can also see that you were walking up to them and putting yourself into situations where I assume the beef/toxicity began, however this only went on in the first clip and we you are not interacting with them in any way other than the sit you were in. In fact in the second clip we see them all running up to your base and beginning to place signs and mess around. Based on speaking to Goose and the gags that occured Chimp was also mic spamming during the sits and following it up with some toxicity in chat.

 

Goose told me that he informed chimp that if it happened again that it would be considered harassment.

This does look to me like the behavior continued, however due to the complexity of the scenario and you potentially instigating some of the interactions I will leave the final decision up to Jouaram.

I like the idea but just making a "Secret Phrase" thats the same for every one Is rather pointless IMO Maybe if there was some way to make it harder and more customized for the indavidual I'd be OK with that.

Should have seen the halloween phrases.

On top of this, staff are not supposed to be selling doors (especially for their own gain) without any type of acknowledgement from the user who owns them.  milkman should have been teleported and asked if he was using the doors or at the very minimum asked in OOC.

I agree with you Dreadnaught.

Before you can sell doors you must bring the person and ask them what they are doing with the building regardless of their job. If the person appears to be AFK check their inactivity and ensure its been longer than 30m. Even if Milk was harassing you doesn't excuse RDM, Milk was 'grandfathered' into the KOS sign therefore he could not be killed unless you gave him a 10 second warning to leave the property. (I see your comment of you admitting fault but this is also apart of the report.)

I have nothing against you (I look at reports from a staffing view)
