Reason For Complaint: He Was Mass RDMing with the cerberus before the nerf, I was watching a movie while this went down, he killed 5 people and one more right before I left. 

listed above is console logs of him killing people, he then said that he was rdming because the server is about to restart. With my past experience as a moderator, even if the server is about to restart you still don't have the permission to rdm. It would seem appropriate to give some form of punishment as many people have received before for doing the same thing.

There will be times you see some one blatantly and obviously MassRDM'ing and no one will say anything but you still should take action.

Huh if they are not refusing to disable lock down They are cooperating? I'm guessing that was a miss type. Regardless its good to try and give them a second chance and esplanade to them the rules but yes if they don't cooperate force a job change.

 

Fazit

Very solid app, very Kind heated and Well liked amongst the staff and player base. Never known you to cause any issues.

Reason For Complaint: Ballsack had a auto hit placed on him and when i went to go take the hit i failed and got killed by him. I was trying to be nice and ask what gun he used because it absolutely dogged me and he said fucked before i had a chance to type that in chat. After i asked what the gun was he said "nunya". I stated its pretty toxic to try and make the situation go away and not be extended but he continued to mention "Am i going to report it", "DIdnt get banned for it though".  The 1 thing i do not have evidence of was when Ballsack posted a screenshot of me placing a hit on him with the salt shaker emoji trying to start a fight in the Aether discord. It has already been deleted but a few have seen it.

Staff report: 

I texted many staff members trying to seek help. I messaged Pooshi and revolt specifically and they did respond. Pooshi said that its not toxic enough for him to give a warn and I am just seeking to find a way to get offended when I said 1 word which is included in a screen shot and I got banned for due to the way I said it. In which case Revolt said doesn't matter to him since he wasn't apart of the sit when I did get banned for being toxic. They both told me to take it to the forums so here I am taking it to the forums. Screen shots below will say more. The reason I'm bringing staff into this report especially between these 2 is because at first they would jump on a sit like this but whenever i bring up a situation I'm usually never going to get justice for what happens against me.

-1 was here for this whole transaction, logs are broken honestly saw proof of you being toxic. if he gets one then you should get one too.

-1 very toxic, even after a warn wipe, we still see him repeat the same activities, very immature and does not agree with reason for ban appeal.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: [DESCRIPTIVE PARAGRAPH] The Jobs we currently have on the server are great! I'm just always looking for cool new stuff to try and I came across this! I think adding a chef will be a great way to add a new genre in the community which can create endless roleplaying scenarios, we even have the chef hat in the cosmetic vendor! Conclusion is adding the Chef addon will allow players to make money easily, safely and in a fun, learning manner! Thanks for your time

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Vr. The revolutionary future of technology, allowing yourself to be anywhere and actually be immersed. Adding compatibility to use this in the server would be groundbreaking as of right now I have it installed and have played in vr with it for about 5-6 days, i did hl2 in vr which was quite fun, just by adding some level transition commands. Now I know what you may be thinking, it may not work on certain computers or headsets, however, vrmod does work with every kind of headset (except cardboard) You also can do this wirelessly, and some people have already started to figure out how you could do this on the steam deck (with a cable) This would also give players a more immersing experience as it is expected to be. This works with arcVR (arccw). This will work with all weapons, but some may look funky for their view. (such as hl2 weapons only having one seeable side. with some other configurations, you can also make custom menus for this (or not, we can make binds) and we also can NOT clip through props, hitboxes remain the same. Some simple coding can determine when a player is in vr and give them the vr based weapon. I would really love to see this on the server, so much so that hell, ill do a face reveal, and if I get enough money from my job i will GIVE AWAY ONE HEADSET. Although... in order for me to do that, i do need this to be accepted. 
(if this does get accepted i will probably give it away during September and I'll make a poll)

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: The Marine Doll Is A Single Skin, Skimpily Put Making More Variants Of it May Increase Popularity And for some, inflate the market. In my opinion, the easiest way to do this without implementing a new crate offering the skins would be just to make a random chance when equipping the doll to change the model, or make it so people can choose. It could even come with some benefits such as granting 15 armor every right click (with a max cap ofc). It seems justifiable since we have skins for knives, that all do the same thing, why don't we make different dolls, that also do the same thing. Releasing a crate would be a good way to do this however as they are in multiple "weapons".

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: To make it short and sweet... people are being hit by these, and can cause tons of problems such as hidden logs, and it is considered fall damage. All i would say would need to be applied to fix it is either, a no-collide issued between presents and players, to prevent unwanted damage, or a total rework on velocity of the present, or prevention inside the code to stop this from happening. although it heals, some situations can lead to some unwanted attention, or even warns. (killing dwarves, cats, goats, (ect.).

many other people I have raided with before would do this, as it was the most common thing to do, kind of like a server-wide practice. I feel that it was unfair because normally other players will do the same thing I did and then not get affected by it. the person who made the sit has been very targeting to me a doggo these past couple of days, he would place hits on us, raid us, minge, be toxic to us, and we would try to have fun. Eventually we would get tired of it, raid him, then he'd make a pointless sit to get us away from the base so his pal can get everything out of it. It's really ruining my experience because of how people new care so much about 14k worth of meth, rather than 3m in printers.
