No sir I was spectating him when he got Pulled to a Sit and he Clearly said You told him kill players.

When I tabbed back in I saw a lot of "Messing Around" so that alone did not get you banned. It was clear and Evident by watching you from the time I tabbed back in to the time I banned you That you where MassRDM'ing. I also Watched you be Very Toxic towards other players (Most notably when you said some very nasty things about Another Players Mother in Spawn), As to your "friend" he confessed that You told him to Kill people. So Clearly both of you where being very Toxic and Causing a lot of the mayhem and MassRDM'ing.

I don't just go by "Witness account" because You never know when some one who has a personal grudge against another Player will Simply lie to try and get you in trouble So I go with what I can See. And I CLEARLY saw you Causing a Massive Amount of Drama/Mayhem and You should Not Be un-banned.

Why Catogroizing/Classifying  Entity's would be a great Idea

Red = Does Harm (No Matter the Amount 1hp to 1000 hp)

Yellow = Toy

Blue = Medical

White = Utlity

I had made a suggestion where a Dot would appear over a players head when They are Police Officers. Dunno how/if the players should see this classification but That would be the Ideal thing to do in my Opinion.

You could even go 1 Step further by giving Many Different Classifications and some sort of system Where the Mayor can Make those things Legal/Illigal

Instead of the Dot Idea Appearing at all times Dots only appear if that item/classification was made Illegal

I have already made suggestions on this topic in regards to what could be done to help both cops and players better know what Laws reflect what items. But over all I think limiting the mayors ability to make ridiculous laws Makes the Mayor Job pointless for a vast majority of players. There's no real "Job" to do for the mayor other then law enforcement Economy is only a very small part of the equation.

Frankly this is just going to piss people off and there's better ways to Increase City funds such as A % of seizure going into the City funds and the "City Funds" increases to a $ Point the salaries of government officials goes up.

Suggestion: Create A Dead Zone in the bank for all areas Except the Vault That "Disables" printers from generating money or using power/cooling (Basically competently off)

Edit: They would still have to function some what so players can upgrade them.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: As you can see from the second img I found a player who was Warned and Demoted from banker job because he was not properly doing his job (he was out right stealing). With Banker job becoming more prevalent and being done at all hours of the day/night the temptation for abuse and the possibility of Staff not being on to catch them I think it would make sense to disable printers from being active in the front of the bank (and a bit of the back area as well).

I don't see this much toxicity being fixed/Changed in such a short matter of time. I an normally the "Live and Let Live" or "Forgive and Forget" But I cannot in good conscience believe that this much toxicity that you have proven you have the capacity to carry out just simply ceases to exist in Just 2 Short months.

Just going threw your Laundry List of warns From 12/27/2021 to 01/17/2022 You have 18 Warns, That's 18 warns in 18 Days and Most have multiple infractions.

So Your claim of "some one talking you into making a bunch of potions" Might be true but Your warns say that you have a habit of being toxic and makes me Not want to believe It was a mistake Nor that you have really changed.

I think that "Government Jobs" should be tied into the Economy. The better the Economy the better the paid Government Officials get Paid (including Mayor/Secret Service/All PD Jobs/City Workers)

For city workers how it would effect the economy after say 3 Minutes a if a "Item that needs repair" remains on the map every x seconds has a chance to decrease the Economy. The longer they remain on the map the higher the chance the economy gets Ruined and the Pay for all government officials goes down.

Not sure how you would make Police effect the economy Other then the obvious when the mayor Dies Everything goes down to the lowest "Default" pay. But I think the more the pay Depends on the Economy the more those jobs will be Role Played better and they will try to Play it properly.

Logs give you only the "Fact" of what occurred at the time and Can leave out details that would give the player just cause to Attack another player. Thusly why we don't necessarily take action for what APPEARS to be massRDM Logs sometimes only shows you Half of the story. If it where me and it appears that some one is mass RDM'ing I would immediately spectate them and have there name copied and pasted along with the freeze command i.e. "!freeze TangoDown".

It is important that we don't Over react to things we don't witness our self's. A lot of horse play goes on among friends and while some do not complain about RDM that dose not mean every one is miss behaving. Its a balancing act.

You would want to resolve this by having them turn off the lock down if they still refuse You would demote them (change there job to citizen) Always good to give a second opportunity for them to correct the Behavior/issue and even if they don't then at least they know why they are being punished.

Conclusion

I have had watched you/interacted with you and seem to have a pretty good standing with the community. You have good comprehension of The rules though As even you said you will need to "get back up to speed" which is understandable. I belieave that with a little bit of training You will do just fine.

I 100% agree with this Idea of Bryan's. The idea of Elections every 30 Minutes should be kept in place If the mayor wants to continue to be mayor he has to Balance out laws/taxes etc. I think that a lot of the Drama caused by the Mayor being able to run rampant for hours on end has calmed down quite a bit. They Mayor Deferentially should be able to Re-Run for election and should Be a automatic Candidate.

I also think it would be cool if Some how the system would show "Incumbent" next to the Current Mayors name. So he/she can advert/campaign as the Incumbent.

You are right that "common sense" would tell you that You would not advert a Crime so they are Logically contradictory but because the rules state that Adverts are considered RP and can be acted upon "Witnessing" the advert gives you justification. The Grey area to me is Mic. I've always Considered Mic and OOC Non Forums of Role Play everything else Is fair game. I have been wanted  before by mayor(s) Because I adverted things like "F The Police", "F The Mayor", "Death To The Mayor" So on and so forth.

And it was his second warn for afk scripting? or scripting in general? Because although they both involve scripting it seems like it was 2 very different scenarios he was warned for. I don't think he understood he could get in trouble for it.

You could make the argument that he wasn't really properly informed of why he got kicked the First time. But when he came back to his game he would have seen a message Stating he was kicked from the server and Why. Ignorance of the rules is not a valid reason to not be punished for something.

I have given the example in another post where if You drive from one state to another and the speed laws change and you break those laws in the state you are going to The police officer is not going to simply say "oh well you didn't know" and let you off competently. The first time he was warned was with the Kick. At this point you should (if you really care about playing on a server) Investigate what happened and why you where kicked not just say "F it" and continue on like nothing happened.

-1 You already revived a warn for this very same thing in February. Not sure what else we can do to help you understand the rules. What ever the issues are that makes you "forget" to follow the rules is a issue You must resolve if you wish to continue playing here in the long term. I have no wish to see you get to the point where you end up perma banned. But that is 100% your responsibility to do what ever it is you need to do to Avoid that. and If that means not playing Gmod while you are <///high///> then perhaps thats what You need to do.

I wasn't stating you where wrong on that point just that its common sense/commingle accepted that /advert is the First correct step to start a Raid. Nor am I trying to argue with you about any of it.

Not quite On the first question I quoted from you about the advert raid I said we "Commonly accept /advert Raid as the correct answer" and thus why I said "Some of these topic/questions"  Rules cannot be perfect to cover every situation so we use "common sense" to try and enforce them to the best of our ability and as best as we try we still get things wrong from time to time.

How the rules read it is a tad bit confusing but a Proper initation of a raid and what you should do Before you start any raiding action is to /advert. (I did highlight this in my Post but forgot to detail it.

Sure but some times Your options are limited. "Talking" to some one to try and deescalate 99.99% of the time isn't going to work with out some other action to SNAP there attention to focusing on the task at hand. Its a very common practice to Freeze a player in place when they are being uncooperative and Running around trying to avoid the admin or Gag/Mute them if they will not stop and listen.

So what we should just let them continue on with there behavior while we try to ban them? You are right in the regards if they RDM during a sit that makes judgment much easier. None the less the question as it is stated "A player is excessively RDMing" key word here "IS" meaning there is a 99.999% chance he/she is already on track to being banned. So I don't understand why You wouldn't "Irritate" them or inconvenience them by freezing them as they have already irritate at least 3 other players

I appreciate that you are trying to help But your understanding of some of these topics/questions are not quite in line with what the reality of the situation is.

Like I said in Chimps post only issue with Media Players is they are contently going down/not working because the YouTube API it uses to fetch the videos is being bombarded by a ton of servers using it so its very unpredictable. If Jouaram wants to go threw the Effort of making his own API for it then It would be way more due -able.

And also it would have to be a Staff only thing as there is the possibility of legal issues if Illegal stuff is streamed + the possibility for other things Such as Gore and Pornography.

So to me +1 if those 2 Cafeterias are met
