    Ouch I feel burned. My Bad 😞 I can type fast but my English is bad. But I think if all the words where easy then it wouldn't be much of a challenge.

    I don't go around looking to ban people and frankly I don't think you do a lot of things you get warned for mellifluously but the Fact still remains that you do not take care with your actions. I am talking to the person who Put the 3 Day Ban in your warns So depending on how that pans out I might reduce your ban down to 3 Days. Unless Jouaram wishes to give you more leniency then that.

    If you recall there was 2 people in that sit that You RDM'ed. You are responsible for your actions accidental or not. You have numerous Previous warnings for RDM and are reaching the point where It could turn into a perm Ban. I hope for your sake that it dose not come down to this, But you need to take more care with your actions You have 4 Warns Yesterday alone,

     

    What this shows is that you are not showing us that you are trying to improve and that your behavior nor try and better follow the rules. I also while looking at your bans Noticed that you where suppose to be banned for 3 Days on the 3rd of this month but some how was Not and those 4 warns you revived you got the very next day after Not being banned.

    How will this improve the quality of Aether?: In my opinion the default DarkRP Mayor voting system is intrusive and annoying espically when half the server (or what seems like) trying to become mayor. I think that having a Election system like this would not only get rid of this annoyance and Will also for better or worse force a mayor to be Elected vs having 10+ min of constant players trying to become Mayor.

    Pretty bad excuse to be honest, its like if you are travailing to a different state its pretty obvious to those who drive know that speed limits and Rules governing automotive Travel is going to very from state to state. You have 2,259 hours on Gmod This may not be a lot for some of us but enough to know that when you go from server to server Rules are going to be different and if you Like the server enough and made a decision to to stick around You should have read the rules. Lack of Knowledge regarding laws/rules doesn't mean you don't get a ticket/ban.

    This is correct except there is no "Attempted RDM" Death does not have to occur for it to be a "Random Death Match"

    There are situations where Players don't have to necessarily break a "Server Rule" to harass some one. They could go around telling other people to do things to said player. We've had cases where a player was doing just that Going around talking bad about a player and telling them to Kill said player But not directly harass the player.

     

    Conclusion

    Over all your app is very well done with 1 minor formatting issue and The Second quote being some what Inarticulate but over all I think You will do well and would like to see you get a chance.

    You are conflating a issue thats not there. Plus as I already explained he said "Sped Monkey" witch is a in the modern vernacular means something as I gave you a definition above you trying to separate the two words when that is not what he said. Had he said those 2 words separately in a different a way in the same sentience then Perhaps you can make a case but He did not.
