Questionable as you just received a couple of warns about a week ago. While this is correct, I'm not marking this as an incorrect answer. I bring forth the question, what if the Defender was the one who got arrested? Situational awareness is essential. For non-cooperative players, You typically would Mute/Gag/Freeze them and continue the investigation. Kicks & Bans for non-cooperation players would only be for extreme cases where they are doing something that is affecting the server (somehow spamming a shit ton of props while frozen, causing lag, as an example). Correct, But you want to ensure that you explain the rules to them. Sometimes it takes several tries to get them to understand the rules. Simply Demoting them gives them a reason to be mad (even though they still might be when they get demoted) still a good thing to pound the rules into their skulls, so hopefully, they get it. Conclusion Overall, I think Your app is pretty solid. However, the fact that you received 2 warns a little over a week ago shows that you do not quite have a full grasp on the rules. Mistakes happen, But we have to be held to a higher standard. So for that reason, I cannot quite fully support your staff app. I would like to see another week of solid gameplay with no warns before I could give you a complete +1, so for now. +/-

The Correct Job? /advert Bank Raid :) Interesting interpolation of that question While you are Correct would be very weird to get arrested as the defender but Hey anything is possible. The question is if you are Raiding, That would preclude the Defender from the question. So if you saw the player killing a bunch of people and its 100% obvious that it was all Random Killings you are 100% ok to ban them even with out another player asking for punishment. However if you just see it in the kill feed and only 1 or two person says something about it you would only count those 1 or 2 deaths. Conclusion I Think over all your app is well done and even though there where a few things I questioned Your over all Knowledge of the rules seems to be pretty Good. I think you could possibly do well as a staffer and would like to see you get a Trail Mod Spot to see what you got :) +1

Lofi Already Covered This So I'll agree with him on that. Typically in a Sit if some one is not co-operating you would do what ever needs to be done to stop them from doing so i.e. Mute/Gag/Freeze. If they are doing things like using a racial or homophobic slur again mute/gag and then add that punishment at the end (continue the investigation) if what they did in the sit rises to the level of a ban then sure Add that up with the original punishment. TLDR we don't typical ban some one just for not co-operating. I'm a tad bit confused by nature of this statement. If its there second offense of enabling a city wide lock down and they refuse to turn it off ban them? If so that is not quite how it would work. First offense would be a Verbal warning (logged in awarn) and you would demote them. If they have multiple warns for that same thing then maybe we would ban them. Conclusion While I think you might have the ability to do the job at the moment the knowledge is lacking so I cannot Support you for a trial run as staff +/-

lots of things you can do with Steam Browser protocol. its also better to run it through Power Shell as it doesn't actually open a browser vs doing it in cmd or in a batch file you end up having to use a browser witch gets sloppy and complicated. but yea in this case running a power shell command in batch/cmd is easier then trying to make a .ps1 file as its more complicated to run a .ps1 file in windows

Not quite any 'Combat' regardless of Death occurring still falls under RDM, Warns for this would be from first to up to ban (vw, 5 min jail, 10m jail and so on) While you didn't explicitly say it You would not typically warn for not cooperating Unless it rises to the level that you can't control it and it becomes very burdensome or they break a rule while in a sit (Slurs, RDM etc.) and you would tack that on to the Punishment for the original reason for the report. Is that a yes or a no? Lets say I go around telling every one Dom is a idiot and every one should go Kill him could you punish me for that? First offense for MassRDm is a 3 day ban not a verbal warning. All interactions should be logged in the awarn system (epically in regards to rule breaking) Conclusion While I see a lot of positives in your app there are a few rules you need to brush up on. I also would have liked to see a wee bit more elaboration on some of the questions (Gives us more insight your thought process). But Over all I think You could be taught the bits and pieces that are missing. I think for right now i'm going to be natural. You can edit your app and detail it a bit more and fix the issues (read the Rules and the Staff Hand Book) I Might be more ablidged to change this to +1 sp for now... +/-

One Quick Click of this Short Cut and It loads and Connect Gmod... Here's How You can place these files where ever you want but all 3 should be in the same folder. Step 1. Create a text file Name it AN.txt Open the text file and paste there should be two Lines in the text file (exit being on line 2) Rename the text file to AN.bat Step 2 Download The Icon (Right Click and Save As - Save as a .ico File if for some reason it tries to save as something else) Right and Click 'Create Short Cut' (Note in Windows 11 you may need to click 'More Options' to see the create shortcut option) Rename The Shortcut to what ever you wish it to be (There are No req you can name the shortcut how ever you like) Step 3 Right Click on the short cut and select properties A new window will pop up in that new window click shortcuts In that tab towards the bottom click Change Icon In the next window You will see a set of default windows Icons Click Browse and Navigate to where your save files are located Select Your Icon and click Open Press OK on the Change Icon window On The shortcut properties menu click Apply and then OK Step 4 Right Click on your Finished Shortcut and Pin to Start Menu Step 5 Yell at me for making a very shitty Guide Sorry
