I checked your warns I stopped counting your RDM warns at 11.. You could have easilly been Perm Banned for the amount of warns you have. Your previous warns are counted towards punishment So 11+ RDM warns alone he could have requested a Perm Ban. The NITRP can add extra time

I looked your record up on the aWarn system and Don't see any records So I'm not sure why this was a perm ban But I'm guessing what you Did was pretty bad. Given the fact that the Staff who banned you has Resigned I doubt we will get much context into his reasoning. So I speaking for my self think You can be given a shot at redemption but Be on a very short Leash (any infraction will result in harsher punishments) and If bad enough even a re-perma-ban.

+1 for now unless some one else has some context into What happened and why it was a perma ban that might Change my mind.

Like I said before Dwarf Gangs. The Glocks already only damage opposite side Gang Members so it does what you want to do already.

The whole point of adding 1 damage to the handcuffs is so Our log system makes a Record of the arrest (I don't believe handcuffs does dmg it prob should).

Maybe make it so the items check HP and if You are 1hp it heals you 1hp insistently So you can arrest if its that big of a problem.

Changed my Negative to a +/- I'm still not 100% sure I could fully support the app but given the past, but the week or so that I've been watching him sense he applied He's been well behaved and seems to legitimately be a positive influence on the server.

Agreed this can be looked at as harassment but the way socks stated it the 2 words were separate and it clearly shows in the chat log he said the two words next to each other which would indicate he was calling him the second quoted definition above. that to me would be low end harassment.

Sub-Material Tool doesn't add materials to the list (As far as I remember) it still uses the same list as the Material Tool. If it does its pretty easy to modify it to use the same Material Tool list.

laws like this also make for good RP. There have been a couple times where I was mayor and I had laws like I was a tyrant and the outcome was a multiple hour long fight against like 6-8 cops and like 9-10 thief’s.
 

i think that the better suggestion to this is to nerf how the PD can make bases. It’s fun having a fight like that when there’s a base that can actually be raided and the mayor can be killed, but when you know that you can not kill the mayor because of an OP base, that’s what really makes the most negative impact on the server. 

I'm all for that Frankly a Mayor who can't make ridiculous laws would be boring and make the job pointless. The issue is as I stated above the Vast Amounts of sweps that are widely categorized differently by players. Some players consider Web Slinger Swep / Grappling Hook(s) toys. There are so many items that are looked at as toys that do damage. and some that just make noise. There will always be chaos with Laws as there is no standardization of what category any particular Swep is.

Both The Police and Non PD need to be able to know what something is before This Chaos will stop.

Sounds like a permissions Issue. Shouldn't be able to target anything map wise as a User/Premium (or any staff rank for that matter other then SuperAdmin). Far as other objects you can spawn there are a few things that mess with SkyBox/Sun but those should be blocked any ways. As I stated above it acts like Material tool with a the one special ability It shouldn't be able to do much more on the map that The reg Material tool does.

The Gprotect (Prop Protection witch we currently use and has other functions of protection as well) should catch any thing like that. But I don't think This should be able to cause any Massive black boxes/screens as it Basically functions like Material tool with one extra ability to select Sub Set parts of a Prop.  But Then What the hell do I know heh We'll just have to wait for Jouaram to respond for the answer to this one.

That makes me Sad but all the other PM of this are way to big (File Wise) to be considered.Wonder if he could individual set a scale for the model renter (so when you rent a model thats on the small size it auto Scales you. Would prob be a Fair bit of work as you'd also have to run a a check on the player when they re-spawn as it would more then likely remove the scale.

Prob is there are so many items on this server knowing details about every single item and Identifying properly every single item is a Job in it self.

Seems pretty solid, You where "AFK" for the sit then as soon as you get returned You start typing. Frankly I would have done the same thing. Its a waste of our time and your time to play games when a sit is being conducted. If you are not going to take it seriously (witch In this case it seems to be) then The sit moves forward with out your Input espically when there is Proof of the violation.
