While I believe Change can happen (especially when you are younger its easier) The raciest part leaves a pretty sour taste in my mouth. You say you are 22 so 8 months ago you might have been 21 or 22 and A Large Part of Who You are as a adult has already formed. So I have a hard time believing The Core of who you are has changed in 8 months. You are correct. How I see it You may Initiate a raid Via lock picking But right after You must advert a Raid. The more direct answer would be No Until you advert raid, but of course if the owner of the base starts to shoot at you then your options would be different. I'm not 100% sure if thats what you where eluding to. Q: This is interesting because even if some one attacks you and you end up killing them. The offender is still often reported for RDM so then the question is Can you still punish a player for RDM even if the victim Kills the offender? Jailing sends them to the void and you cannot talk to them very easily while they are in jail (You can still PM them but they often don't respond to PM as most players don't). If you see some one mass RDM'ing you can TP them and ask why he/she is killing a lot of people. Some times it looks like MassRDM but its just a group of people having a good time. That is one reason to not immediately ban some one who appears to be mass RDM'ing but if that is not the case then you would ban the player for 3 days (or if they have previous warnings the time would increase) Conclusion Over all Bames app is very well done while there are a few things I'm not sure he fully understands or Perhaps I just didn't understand the answer as he meant it to be read. With that said Its Clearly he has the aptitude for the job and with very minimal training should be able to contribute again to the community. +1

You missed one. We log all warns in the Warn system even if its "Verbal" or Resolved in Sit, This is so we know that the player has been talked to about a particular issue. In your example the first time you "Verbally Warned" him In the Awarn you would also want to put the name of the person they where harassing so the Next admin who has to deal with it will know What had happened and who they where harassing. also The answer would be yes You did not directly answer the question and Gave a example of what you would do. Conclusion Over all your app is well Done. To further respond to my first quoted Response I am very self deprecating as Well so I understand that mindset but When dealing with players you will need to balance that out with Confidence (and I think you have that as well) being to to Self Deprecating can cause players to not take you serious and or have little to no respect for you. As for the Other 2 Responses. The Laws of the Land is a quick fix no major issue there, The Punishing for ruining another players time is something that can be easily fixed with a little bit of training.
