General Questions

• How can you contribute to Aether?: I would like to help resolve issues that other players may be having. I have a good understanding of rules and believe I can make a positive impact whilst helping others.
• Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: I understand the rules, and feel comfortable enforcing them.
• Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: I am willing to listen to staff and offer help in any way.
• Are you certain you will be able to staff for 5 hours a week and finish at least 50 sits every 2 weeks?: I am certain I can fulfill the requirements needed as I am quite active.

DarkRP Rule Questions

• Raids can last how long?: Raids can last up to 10 minutes.
• If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: The raider may come back after 30 minutes.
• What initiates a raid?: Adverting raid is the only way to initiate a raid.
• If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: Yes, but only if it is in their job description. 
• Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): /advert RAID
• If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: No, you must advert raid before killing the owner (or any member) of the base
• If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: No, you must wait the 30 minutes before raiding again.
• If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No, if you do this you are subject to punishment for RDM as well.
• A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: I would ask the offending player why they punched someone, and explain why they cannot just do that and if they continue to do so they may be punished for RDM.
• List all default Laws of The Land:
• Raiding and stealing is illegal.
• Entities detected by the contraband scanner are illegal.
• Harming players is illegal unless you are defending bases. 
• Shooting dangerous weapons in public is illegal.
• Laws can be enforced with KOS if the player is wanted.
• Laws can be enforced with KOS if a players life is in danger.
• Non-default Laws must be things that players choose to do.
• Laws that are seen as baiting kills or arrests are disallowed.
• The Mayor can choose to make dangerous weapons legal or illegal. 
• How many bases can you own per party?: Only one base may be owned by a party.
• A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: I would freeze them, mute, and gag them and explain to them their actions are inappropriate and can be unmuted and ungagged if they are willing to cooperate and go from there.
• Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: Yes, if the offending player is intentionally ruining other player's experience the offender is subject to punishment including but not limited to low end harassment / harassments and no intent to roleplay.
• Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: For example, if a staff were to kill other players using a command I would create a clip and document as much as I can. Next I would take all evidence to higher ups and or the forums depending on procedure for proper justice.
• A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: I would freeze the player in question, bring them to me and the players they have been RDMing and explain their actions are inappropriate and ban the offender accordingly.
• A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: I would first ask the Mayor to state a reason for the lockdown, if none is provided they will get a second chance to state a reason knowing if they fail to provide they will be demoted promptly.

It still would go in as a warn For RDM, only question is if there was any previous warn for RDM and would it be more then a verbal Warning.

One of my favorite answers to nit pick on, while This is correct there is some in between stuff missing. As always you want to be sure to explain the Rules and not just punish them and send them on there merry way. While we want every one to be fast and efficient with sits not giving the correct info just leads to more rules being broken so Its a balance. 

Conclusion

While I don't see any Glaring issues in the app it self it does seem rather Lack Luster (more elaborate answers help give us insight into You as a person/thought process/Skills and abilities). You also do have 1 Warn that is recent but Resolved in Sit, We don't Count those towards future punishment but in the case of a application It is worth Noting. As far as Any interactions I've had with your (Not that many) I haven't seen any issues that would concern me. But due to the state of your application and the Recent warn I can't quite fully Support You. For now I'm

you have put yourself out there enough for people to know who you are in the community, all the interactions i have had with you have been nothing but perfect
