If so, what?: To my knowledge, no. How long can you guarantee you'll keep consistent activity for?: If all is well and good, indefinetly. Are you currently happy with your activity on the server and Forums as a player?: I am pretty happy with my activity on the server but the forums could use a little work. Do you believe you deserve to hold the rank you're going back to and the responsibility's that come with it?: Yes How many hours can you play per week on average at this current time?: Judging off my playtime in the past I can say 25ish hours a week Have you read the most up to date rules and Staff Handbook?: Yes. Rule Questions Raids can last how long?: 10 minutes. If a player in your party dies whilst raiding, how long do they have to wait to come back and raid the same base again?: 30 minutes for that specific base. What initiates a raid?: Adverting raid in chat. If no raiding tool is being used can the player steal the item from a base without an advert?: No, you must always advert raid to steal from the base. Give an example of a valid raid advert (type it as you'd type it in-game): /advert (raid) this is a robbery! If the owner of the base is standing outside on their base entrances sidewalk as you're about to raid but haven't announced a raid yet, can you kill them?: No, you cant kill them if they are just standing there. If you have adverted raid and they try to interfere with you raiding the base, you can then kill them. If you get arrested mid-raid can you return after your arrest?: No, your raid ends as soon as you get arrested and you must wait the 30 minutes to raid that base again. If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No, if you get RDMed it is best to just call an admin and have them take care of it. A player punches somebody unprovoked and runs away, the player who got punched calls a sit - what punishment would you give the instigator?: Even if it's just one punch it's still considered RDM. What I would do is bring the player, check their warnings and following the punishment guidelines depending on how many previous RDM warnings they have active. List all default Laws of The Land: - Raiding and stealing is illegal. - Entities detected by the contraband scanner are illegal. - Harming players is illegal unless you are defending bases. - Shooting dangerous weapons in public is illegal. - Laws can be enforced with KOS if the player is wanted. - Laws can be enforced with KOS if a players life is in danger. - Non-default Laws must be things that players choose to do. - Laws that are seen as baiting kills or arrests are disallowed. - The Mayor can make dangerous weapons legal or illegal. How many bases can you own per party?: Only 1 base per party. A player is refusing to co-operate with you in a staff sit, how do you handle the non-cooperative player?: I would tell them to just simply cooperate with me so they can get back to playing. If they still refuse by, let's say micspamming. I would gag/mute them and continute with the sit. If they still not cooperating after all that I would punish them accordingly. Can you punish a player for intentionally ruining others time, even if they say it's out of fun?: It all depends on the situation really. I would say if it's just light messing around I would tell them to just stop it if it's really bothering the other player. But if a player is just straight up harassing another player I would definitely punish them. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers and how you would handle it: A staff member jailing a random player for no reason at all. I would deal with it by getting clips/screenshots, as much evidence as possible and then sending it to a higher up. A player is excessively RDMing, how would you intervene/stop them from continuing and what punishment would you give?: If they are obviously Mass RDMing and there are sits made about this one player. I would bring them into a sit, freeze them and punish them accordingly for Mass RDM. Depending on their previous warnings It could be a 3 day ban, 1 week ban, 2 week ban or if they keep Mass RDMing time after time. A permanent ban could be discussed. A Mayor enabled a lockdown without reason and is refusing to turn it off, how do you resolve this?: I would tp to them and ask them what the reason for the lockdown is. If they give no valid reason I would ask them to turn it off. If they insist on keeping the lockdown I would warn them, demote them and then turn off the lockdown. Im excited to see him come back! His latest warn goes back to 09/25/2021 which is 15 months ago and his most concerning warn to me in this case is the toxicity warn but what i've heard about Jerma and interactions i've had with him have been nothing but positive. After more interactions, activity and all the +1's i'm changing my answer from neutral to a +1 good luck Jerma!!! I am still a little concerned with your playtime as soon as you came back you went to apply which is not always the best as we like to see consistent playtime before applications or reranks so we know it's not a risk of happening when you do become mod. I decided to wait a a week before responding to ensure you have kept your play time consistent which I am happy to see you have. The only overall problem I have is your recent play-time, it seems like you only just returned so I will be staying neutral until I see you stay active for a little while longer.
