What would you rate the new map?

I want to see how everyone is enjoying the new map on a 10 out of 10 scale. 

 

I will go first, 

 

10/10 

 

I love that there are additional features added on to what we already had in the previous map. It also gives more buildings and areas which I believe will be good to base in.

 

I also love the little sit rooms,

Yeah i love them too it'd be interesting if these could be moved by PD with a way into it from PD and make it a interrogation room but that wouldn't be exactly easy to add

Need more time to get used to it but I got my personal notes.

+1 for hospital 

+1 for new textures

+1 casino looks awesome

-1 for moving or removing buildings where my dupes broke : (

+/- shortcut to jail cell vent

-1 missing details like grass and weeds in areas

+1 Nostalgia feeling map

+1 awesome hobo building

+100 reason to see more @TimHopgoodbuilds ❤️

Thanks for the kind words on the map 🙂  also what buildings did I remove because I only removed the beach three but there were aweful also what grass / weeds as I can also add them back in future updates.  Suggestion welcome here https://steamcommunity.com/workshop/filedetails/discussion/2956782314/5789982181539369522/

The buildings at beach are shifted or changed so one of my RP builds git oofed. I havent tested the 3 story hotel building in residential near the tunnel to beach since its shifted over slightly.

I know a couple bases in sewers are changed like there was a 2 story base thats now a 1 story.

Id have to run through the map again to see and test but overall it doesnt matter I just lost a couple dupes I can easily replace so its no biggie.

More excited to make some RP builds at the hospital and beach warehouse buildings.

The buildings at beach were aweful and the size was useless for basing.

The 3 story apartment in residential hasnt shifted over all I did was redesign the window layout and make them breakable and I also fixed the doors and made sliding ones instead of turning.

The red warehouse in sewers again was a poor design and the ladder made a sharder place to build a proper enctrance so the warehouse was split into 2 top and bottom but all dupes should still work as the only thing missing is the ladder and platform oh and the door is a double now instead of a single.

all things I changed were for a better RP experience being a DarkRP player and owner myself it was why I did it the way I did.  Also glad you live it over all though.

@ThatCatGuyyou blew it out the park, the previous map was infamous, it was perfection, that’s why it’s the most used darkrp  map, and I was expecting when first seeing the new map, to make a bunch of complaints and want conserve the old map, but shit, i couldn’t have been more wrong, I can’t go back to the old map, keep it up my man, aether loves your work
