(It could vairy greatly depending on if i was out and about the night before doing god knows what. 12a-12a) General Questions How can you contribute to Aether?: I was a Head Mod of a small DarkRP Server Called Euphoria Networks in 2019. I stepped away from Gmod (and videos games as a whole) So That i could focus on my career. Now that i have an established work life. I'm ready to contribute to a server again. I Took great Joy in being part of a community of players and being able to fully envelope myself within the players. This allowed me to effectively Staff with the knowledge of players on a deeper level, Which to said players allowed for a more personal connection other than a random staff member taking their sit in order to fill their quota, And leaving the players dissatisfied While it has been a while since I've staffed for a Gmod Server, I'm willing to get back on the horse and shake off the rust. I'm willing to unlearn and relearn anything and everything that I'm being taught. I still haven't forgotten player interaction however. As i believe this is truly a valuable asset that the server is lacking in at the moment. I understand i am new and a lot of folks might not have gotten the chance to know me. But i believe that this gives me an opportunity to give them the best first interactions that i can! Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Yes, Absolutely Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: This is my IRL Job as a Personnel Manager, I am on the receiving end of constructive criticism and coaching daily. I Will flourish under any advice/guidance given to me Are you certain you will be able to staff consistently every week whilst holding this position?: Yes, I'm very confident i can provide a significant portion of my free time to the server within the times that i provided above! DarkRP Rule Questions Give an example of RDM: When Player A follows Player B away from others, Then Player A proceeds to kill Player B with a weapon, Without a reason/A function of the role play. Give an example of NLR: If A Player who's base Was being Raided, Gets killed in the raid. Then Returns before the 3 Minute NLR Timer and interacts with the player that had raided/killed them. How many entrances does your base need?: The Base needs One Working Entrance. What sign would a player place on their base to avoid being raided whilst having no raidables?: There are Two Sign options for players to avoid being raided with. 1.) Building Sign (Placed with at least a text size of 75) 2.) RP Only Sign (Again Placed with at least a text size of 75) If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back without repercussions?: No, The only exception is if Player A is being shot at by Player B and receiving damage. Player A May retaliate and Kill Player B as long as they were not killed. However if the Player A died (Even if minimal damage was done). A Admin sit must be made as that would be RDM on Player B's Part and would require Moderator intervention. If your party member gets damaged are you allowed to kill the attacker?: Yes, Members of a party are allowed to kill anyone who was damaged by that player as long as the person damaged was a member of the party. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers: If a Staff Member Were to Freeze/Jail a Person inside of their base, Then proceed to raid them while they are still frozen/jailed and unable defend against the raid. Extra Comments: As I stated above, I'm still a new member of the community and a lot of people haven't gotten the chance to know me. I hope to make a wonderful everlasting impression with everyone and hope to be welcomed into an exceptional community of some of the funniest and most wonderful to play with! You have a very solid staff application and I don't see anything wrong with your examples for rule questions. Has a clear knowledge on the rules and how to give out proper staff related punishments. He has showcased to be quite levelheaded which is just as much of an importance when being staff. Monika Posted December 25, 2024 Share Posted December 25, 2024 While you do have a fail raid warning active, you've definitely learned from your mistake as you've been very careful with properly following the raid rules. This shows to me that you understand why things are the way they are, which means you can enforce the rules and properly explain how not to break them. Different from the others I have had plenty of interactions with you, and all of them have been very positive whether it be from wanting to trading, testing weapons, or just fucking around in spawn. I don't want it to seem like ill be MIA during that time. I leave Monday Night and My flight gets back in Friday Morning. The only days i will have zero Activity is Jan 14th, Jan 15th, And Jan 16th As ill have Time Monday And Friday before and after my flights.
