ProfessorNut
AetherNetwork Staff Application In-Game Name (List ALL variations, if accepted your Forum/Discord name will be changed to your most used one): Professor_Nut Age: 19 Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:156365551 Discord Tag: professorkokonuts Total Playtime (24 hours/1 day REQUIRED): 2d 18h 32m Timezone: Pacific Standard Steam Profile: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198272996830/ Times you're most active (If you have a unpredictable schedule let us know): 1pm - 11pm. Most active on weekends. General Questions How can you contribute to Aether?: I can be an extra set of hands being able to handle most administrative tasks. I will also try to be more involved in the community. Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: Yes I do. Are you willing to listen to any Staff member guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: I am willing to learn as I admit, I dont know the gmod commands. Are you certain you will be able to staff consistently every week whilst holding this position?: Yes. I can do at the least, 3 times a week. DarkRP Rule Questions Give an example of RDM: From my experiences, someone randomly walking up to me saying they dont like me and then killing me. They did not have a hit. Give an example of NLR: Breaking NLR is when you return to the point of death during raids or fights. An example would be camping your base entrance after a raider kills you. How many entrances does your base need?: A base should have at least one working entrance, but I have seen a base with 2 before. What sign would a player place on their base to avoid being raided whilst having no raidable's?: They should have a Building sign. If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDM'er back without repercussions?: I know that if I am shot at I will defend myself. Though if I am killed and then go back to harm them it would be breaking NLR. I would usually just ignore the guy and keep working but as as trial mod I would inform an already online mod about it. If your party member gets damaged are you allowed to kill the attacker?: If me and my homies are chilling in my house and someone shoots at us then I would shoot the attacker. If I was out and about and I saw my friend get killed from afar, then I would be too far to be involved. Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers: Using NoClip to intrude into someone's base. Extra Comments: I have a cat and his name is grumpy. I would not mind sending pictures, hmu! Edited January 7 by ProfessorNut

Extra Comments: I have a cat and his name is grumpy. I would not mind sending pictures, hmu! Just some minor things I have to point out regarding your rule answers: Quote Give an example of NLR: Breaking NLR is when you return to the point of death during raids or fights. An example would be camping your base entrance after a raider kills you. NLR only applies to the place if you were defending a base. Otherwise, NLR applies to the people involved in your death. Quote If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDM'er back without repercussions?: I know that if I am shot at I will defend myself. Though if I am killed and then go back to harm them it would be breaking NLR. I would usually just ignore the guy and keep working but as as trial mod I would inform an already online mod about it. Being RDM'd doesn't apply NLR. You are correct, you can defend yourself but if you are killed you can't. Eitherway, it's best to just report it to staff even if it's attempted RDM. Quote If your party member gets damaged are you allowed to kill the attacker?: If me and my homies are chilling in my house and someone shoots at us then I would shoot the attacker. If I was out and about and I saw my friend get killed from afar, then I would be too far to be involved. So long as your friend is in your party, distance doesn't matter. Overall, the issues regarding your answers are pretty minor but I definitely suggest re-reading the rules. I also haven't seen you in game and after checking your battlemetrics it looks like you've barely been playing. Considering your activity and that I don't know what your interactions are like with the community I'm going to have to say -1. If you improve upon your answers, your activity, and I am able to interact with you in game to see what you're like, I'll change my opinion. Good luck! Monika
-1 due to reasons Vetes brought up. Get some more play time under your belt and touch up on your rule knowledge.
reld
-1 your question answers seem rushed and are not very accurate. I’ve also never seen you myself on the server. I’d say just play some more, get to know the server and get familiar with the rules.
Enzo
-1, Server activity could use some work. Rule knowledge is there, but I highly suggest that you reread them. Had no interactions with you prior to the creation of the staff app.
TangoDown
As previously mentioned, there is no interaction, and your playtime is lacking. -
