• When do you usually play?: I usually play from 7am to 3pm Monday to Friday, and on the weekends I will usually play 4 - 6 hours a day

• Why do you want to be Staff?: Personally I want to be staff because I feel that I have something to offer to this community, I communicate well and know the rules well. so i think i fit the bill for becoming admin.
   
• How do you believe you can make Aether's environment better?: The environment of Aether is already one of the best community's of Dark RP, I think I can contribute by keeping people that are not fit to be in Aethers environment out, i also tend to be on earlier than most people.
   
• Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?: I do, I have gone through multiple changes of the rules and I have fully read through them multiple times.
   
• Space for any extra comments you might have (feel free to speak your mind): I would like to personally thank the community of Aether for being a Chill and fun place to hang out and to keep me engaged when I have nothing else to do, Thank you!

  Rule Questionnaire 

• Give one example of RDM: RDM (Random Death Match)  at the most basic sense can be anything from killing a player or just dealing one damage on accident for example: a player walks out of spawn tunnel see's the nearest civilian and proceeds to kill them with a weapon of any kind. after damaging/killing the player it would would be considered RDM
   
• Give one example of NLR:  NLR ( New Life Rule) Is when a player who has been killed during a RP scenario (after respawning) proceeds to come back to the RP scenario and tries to participate like: Bob is raiding Tom, tom kills bob, after tom kills bob he tries to leave his base but is killed by bob and its only been a minute . this would be RDM and NLR.
  
• What sign would a player place on their base to avoid being raided whilst having no raidables?: A building sign
• If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back?: No
• Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers: A staff member proceeds to No-clip into a base and raidstick a persons raidables

I'm going to start with your activity in game, on forums, and on discord.

first, you're not a new player, but you only "reappeared" a bit under 2 months ago. 



Your forum activity only got back up today



and your discord activity has pretty much only started a few weeks ago.



Your application is quite slim, and honestly hard to read in some places. You missed part of the answers for both the unraidable base sign, and the RDM question. You also didn't say how long NLR is, and scenarios where NLR can be avoided. I would prefer for staff to know those things.

I also haven't interacted with you much in game, and I can't recall any of those interactions that we did have.

Fun fact, Mos was trial mod back in 2022. 
 

sorry though, I don't have much to say other than I think you need way more community activity other than just playing on the server.

ive talked to you a good amount, seen you around a lot, and seen that the community likes you. I’ve had a sit with you and you communicated great, and seemed to understand the rules quite fair. I feel as you know aether quite well, and aether knows you, which is very important. I can’t really think of any negatives other than what Armana said about forums and Discord activity. Good luck!

@Armana Very through analysis. Let me explain my leap of absence, I am in the military, a little over a year ago i joined the Airforce and wasn't able to touch games for quite a long time, after being able to game again I decided to join Aether and continue my grind for obtaining sabers. Thus explaining my sudden "reappearance." For everything else, I would love start interacting more in the community other than the server, the server is just my main point of access to talking to people, interacting through voice chat and trading for me. And pertaining to the Application, its rather vague when its asking question's, it doesn't Ask you anything else other than Give one example, which i succeeded in doing. But if your looking for such information i can assure you that i can tell you. Again Armana thank you for the constructive criticism.

I've had good interactions with you and see you on all the time. While I think there should be a bit more depth in this staff app, I don't see a reason why that should hold you back from a second shot at T-Mod.

@James I would just like proof of me trying to scam him.  We was both making a trade, i was seeing what items he had. He put the meld saber up for trade so i jokingly said "ill take that" not thinking he would almost accept. Its not scamming in any from both party's agreed to a price and one party backed out

not sure why armana has decided to single you out even with proper excuses and being in the military and still finding time to play garry's mod.
i'd take armana's opinion with a grain of salt - he seems to have a really high expectation for people on garry's mod (take with no offense)

if you could, please open up more about the "scamming" stuff. it just sounds like slop to me.

So the "scam" was that he jokingly put up an item, almost accepted but then didn't? If that's the case I don't understand why this was even brought up lmao.

So long as the "scam" is nothing more than what was said then +1 for Mos' application. I've seen him around often and his interactions with the community so far seem great.

Thank you both for your replies. As you mentioned, it was nothing more than a joke, and I don’t understand why it was blown so far out of proportion. As I said previously, I was conducting a trade with Ballsack. He wanted the newest limited item that had just been released, the Pestilent Defier—of which I had opened all but one available at the time. All I wanted in return was rare sabers. While asking about available sabers, I remembered he had one of the Meld Sabers and jokingly asked if he would trade it. He then put the Meld Saber up and almost accepted the trade, but closed it and proceeded to call me a scammer, after being told by his brother James that it was a 1 of 1. I figured he already knew—it’s in the catalog, and there’s proof he checked his limiteds on Discord earlier that day. There was no actual trade of items, and I was not deceiving him into giving me any items, all trades I make, I make sure that they are fair for both parties and both parties are happy before the trade is completed. But again, thank you for your comments, if any additional information is needed just ask ☺️
