Why do you want to be Staff?: I think that I am a pretty funny person and feel like I bring good vibes to the community.
How do you believe you can make Aether's environment better?: I think my personality and knowledge of the server, will bring a positive impact to the staff team and the community.
Have you read the rules fully, understand and feel comfortable enforcing them as correctly as possible?:  Yes, I've read the rules and have been playing on the server for a while. I would say I know the rules pretty well. 
Space for any extra comments you might have (feel free to speak your mind):I've had a lot of negative warns in the past, but have not made the same mistakes in a while, and don't plan to.  I have changed my name a lot, (Mr. peckers hot sexy wife) was the most recent if you don't recognize my name

Rule Questionnaire 

Give one example of RDM: Random Death Match, A player walks up to someone and kills them for no RP reason. 

Give one example of NLR: New Life Rule. Say I  got killed by someone, I would not be able to interact with them for 3 minutes. Once the 3 minutes is up, I can interact with them. 

What sign would a player place on their base to avoid being raided whilst having no raidables?: You would place an RP Only sign If you are building a RP base. if you are building a base you would place a building sign.

If you get RDM'd are you allowed to kill the RDMer back?: No, you are not allowed to. It would be revenge RDM because you killed them with no RP reason. If you are RDMD by another player you should always report it to an admin rather than handle the issue on your own.

Give an example of a Staff abusing their powers: No clipping through walls or using their power against players in a negative way.

Honestly, this application is pretty weak. Saying you’re “funny” and have “good vibes” isn’t really a solid reason to become staff. Staff need to show they’re responsible, can handle situations, and actually understand what the role involves.

 

Right now your answers are super basic and don’t really show why you’d be a good fit. If you actually want a shot, you should talk more about how you deal with problems, how you help people, and why you’d be reliable as staff, not just that you’re entertaining.

 

Your username is also inappropriate. “Rextard” isn’t really something a staff member should be running around with.

Staff app could definitely use some work. Your examples for RDM and NLR aren't actually examples, you're just telling us what the rule is. You've been around off and on for awhile, so I'm not really against the application, I'd just like to see you put more effort into the written questions.

Fix up some typos, show us you're actually trying for Staff, and as long as you stay away from trouble there shouldn't be any issues.

+/- Honestly, wish you'd properly filled it out, and went over the application a bit better, or when in a better mindset. Other then that I know you're mature enough to handle staff, but would need mentored to that point. You under stand the rules & community basis. Like previous people have said, you need to properly fill out your application, and think a little better, and maturely on your responses, treat it more as an important job application instead of a Garry's mod staff application.

+/- I don't think i can put +1 on this but only because your application looks like it had little effort put into it (not trying to say its bad or trying to go after you just what i think.) Not to pick and choose but i think when a staff application is being submitted, and the person doesn't put the effort in to make it look neat and organized, It reflects on the person. Other than that I can see clearly that you understand the server, the community knows you. I would like to get to know you more in game before i would put my decision on a +1.
