What’s the level cap for earning Aether Bucks from Prestige?

I’m not asking about the maximum prestige level itself.
I’m asking what the level cap is for increasing Aether Bucks rates through prestige.

For example, the server message says:

“You are currently at 16x rates – level your PRESTIGE to increase this amount.”

What’s the maximum rate you can reach, and at what prestige/level does it stop increasing?
