Suggestion: Remove the demotion on mayor (If you go below certain eco score)

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Getting demoted for pressing a option that you are forced too (because the other option cost money and you can't do) and getting demoted for it, I spent around 5 seconds as mayor and 100% of those 5 seconds were spent building a base dupe and i pressed 1 button and pop, there goes my job.

Suggestion: Buff the Banker Job, Increase the salary or pay of the banker job, Make how many printers they have a exponential thing so if they have x amount of printers they get even more hour.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: Bankers if they are solo they have to deal with lag if they have over 60ish printers, keep there bank secure and refill all the printers. It is a very difficult job. They should be given more money or better yet 10% of each printers, So if tier one printers make 1k they should get 100 dollars of it every payout, and that happens for all printers and all the bankers would be hella happy.
