I'm Pretty sure the reason Is something along the lines of Making it so The Mayor Dosent Have It To entice people to be Pd Members Instead of only just being mayor. I might be wrong But that seems like the reasoning to me. I think if he Has a Stun gun it Should be left to that, Maybe Even removing Stungun From Mayor But I Dont think Stun gun is that much of a threat anyway...

Suggestion: So when you get damaged you cant fly away.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: So, If you get damaged you cant pull out a grappler and grapple away for a time period Which is great, But this is only of the grappler, Grappling hooks and the web slinger. I think it should be on all of the weapons that do the jump boost aswell ( Crystal Blade, infused claws and many more ). It just dosent make sense to me why grapplers get the block but not the other stuff which does pretty much the same thing.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I think there should be a nerf to the god job, During purge The god job just has to spam the orb at the spawn and gets so many kills without any skill or anything, Its just easy money For the Person and Brings no real fun to purges if you walk out of spawn and get insta killed. Im only making this post since i keep hearing how much people hate it.

This is incorrect you can steal from a base without having to raid if you can get to the raidables without having to use a Lockpick.
