The guy who reported you was saying things that were adding up from looking at chat and logs, You were giving no input to what he was saying or anything I was so I figured you was guilty. You have had 8 Rdm warns.

Reason For Complaint: I was a DJ and I built a stage a little too close to a hobo building at fountain so he told me to move it so I moved it to the sidewalk. he then removed it so put it out in the street because I have seen a staff as a dj building a stage in street before. Danny then teleported me to admin land and told me he was warning me for minging. I said "how?" and he said nothing else and banned me. I am 99% sure DJ's are allowed to build on the street. because I have seen multiple DJ's including 1 staff member build on the street before. I even saw one do it yesterday.

So basically There was a guy Building at the fountain and Kinder Comes over and Pastes His thing Basically On top of where the other guy is currently building, I then Tell him to move it and Me Moves It 5cm Forward ( Still Blocking the View of the building ) , I then Tell him once again to move it and He does the exact same thing but maybe 10cm this time, Then says There i moved it , Then i banned him for propminge

NITRP Ban is 3 day which is what you got I added the toxicity Because You were toxic To the Person you were harassing Also Scrim was talking to you and you out of no where was very rude to him , The harassment From what I've been told had been going on for around 3 hours as Pooshi and tango witnessed it before I was online And I witnessed it A couple Times and You did not learn from me giving you multiple Warnings to leave him alone  , Today you have been a Absolute minge and  we all thought a Ban was worthy from all the trouble you caused today.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: After the recent update where cigarettes, cocaine, and city worker were buffed and are now the three best jobs on the server, mining feels completely useless. Even with the prices of refined bars being doubled temporarily, mining is not worth the time and effort to do it. Cigarette smuggler is the 3rd best job for money now and requires very little effort (just tab in and refill machines and replace boxes). Mining is way worse than cigarettes now. Even with prices being doubled for a week, it's still not worth doing. Mining takes more time and makes less money, you also have to be constantly paying attention while mining or smelting. 

If you completely take away the mining step and only do smelting, you can make 50mil an hour by smelting gold, including double prices. Cigs make 20mil an hour with boost active and the price doesn't fluctuate daily like other drugs. It's always 25k-26k per pack.

Suggestions: Pickaxe upgrades could be added that you get permanently by either buying them from an NPC or crafting a better version. The upgrades would increase mining speed/resource drops. 

2) Gold prices could also just be increased and make mining and smelting gold faster.

Honestly I dont Care People Give Away The phrase, The Halloween Phrase Was One Of the Most Fun things Trying to Figure Out, Trying to race to get all the clues and letters then trying to put them all together, Me , trap and someone Else was doing it together and it was Really fun ( frustrating ) But Fun , I really want this to happen again.

What If jouaram Made it so No one can Make It Public ( If anyone says the phrase in chat it Just dosent Show like messages in jail ) 

I dont think people saying to others is a reason to not have it done when theres ways around it but if people Want to Ask for the code because they cant find it out i think thats fine, The adverting thing i havnt seen personally but yeah That shouldnt happen.

How will this improve the quality of Aether?: I believe The premium Rank is not worth to buy for players who don't have it as it doesn't really come with usable stuff anymore. I believe there should be more money/aetherbucks in it as $1,000,000 Isn't Worth as much as it was back in the day. I believe there should be some More jobs. I think the paint tool should be given to everyone as the graffiti Job is the exact same thing but better and replace it with something that can help someone build bases or just something else fun. 

I was just thinking That now premium needs a upgrade after being the same with a couple updates for a very long time.
I don't know if I'm being stupid or not but I don't think its worth it now.



I also think the loyalty package should increase its money and Aetherbucks as if you spend $5 on the website you get 12500 aetherbucks and buying the loyalty you get a lot less for buying something that should be worth more.


Now I know some people are going to say Stuff about pay to win but that's where jouaram needs to find a fair balance between Op and Fair for money.
I just think its not worth to but anymore.
